“國培”背景下農(nóng)村教師研訓(xùn)問題研究——基于浙江、河北、四川三省調(diào)研情況的分析
[Abstract]:The related questionnaires and interviews show that since the implementation of the "National training Plan", there are still some problems in the research and training of rural teachers in our country, such as the contradiction between engineering and learning, the relatively single content of the research and training, the lagging of the research and training method, and the lack of the effect of the research and training. The reason lies in the fact that it has not found an overall and effective model and mechanism of research and training, has not formed a set of relatively operable methods and means for evaluating the effectiveness of research and training, and has not established a kind of research and research resources and places with geographical cluster pertinence. For this reason, we may consider the establishment of more flexible posts for teachers and the establishment of a working mechanism for teachers' mobility in schools; the establishment of training centers for central township teachers, the construction of a dynamic and open pool of research and training resources for teachers, and the improvement of the implementation model of isomerous research and training in the same class. Strengthen the research and training activities of the central township teachers' studio, perfect the evaluation system of teachers' research and training, and set up the incentive mechanism of multiple measures to cross and construct each other.
