【摘要】：高校教師職業(yè)道德建設(shè)是打造高素質(zhì)教師團(tuán)隊(duì)的重要舉措。當(dāng)前,教師心理契約與職業(yè)道德建構(gòu)的關(guān)系,伴隨人本精神的提出備受人們的關(guān)注。文章根據(jù)高校教師心理契約的內(nèi)在特征,以及高校教師團(tuán)隊(duì)對職業(yè)道德標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的高層次要求,系統(tǒng)地論述了心理契約這種精神需求與職業(yè)道德建構(gòu)的關(guān)系,尤其是著重剖析了心理契約對職業(yè)道德的影響力,闡述了高校教師心理契約違背導(dǎo)致職業(yè)道德缺失的表現(xiàn),進(jìn)而揭示健康平衡的心理契約對教師職業(yè)道德建設(shè)的價(jià)值真諦,并指出高校管理者應(yīng)當(dāng)如何充分發(fā)揮心理契約對教師團(tuán)隊(duì)職業(yè)道德的影響。
[Abstract]:The construction of college teachers' professional ethics is an important measure to build high-quality teachers' team. At present, the relationship between teachers' psychological contract and the construction of professional ethics attracts people's attention. According to the inherent characteristics of college teachers' psychological contract and the high level requirement of college teachers' professional ethics standard, this paper systematically discusses the relationship between the psychological contract and the construction of professional ethics. In particular, this paper analyzes the influence of psychological contract on professional ethics, expounds the expression of the lack of professional ethics caused by the violation of psychological contract of college teachers, and then reveals the true meaning of healthy and balanced psychological contract to the construction of teachers' professional ethics. It also points out how university administrators should give full play to the influence of psychological contract on teachers' professional ethics.
