西方不同學(xué)派羞怯觀及其對青少年教育的啟示

【摘要】:羞怯是一種常見的心理現(xiàn)象,但過度的羞怯會給青少年的身心發(fā)展帶來負(fù)面影響,如網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮、社交焦慮、習(xí)慣性羞怯等心理障礙。對于羞怯產(chǎn)生機制的解釋,人格特質(zhì)學(xué)派強調(diào)羞怯的遺傳性,行為主義學(xué)派關(guān)注后天習(xí)得的"錯誤"的行為反應(yīng),精神分析學(xué)派重視內(nèi)心沖突的外在表現(xiàn),社會認(rèn)知學(xué)派更注重自身因素與環(huán)境因素的交互影響。接納青少年的敏感性差異,避免對其貼"標(biāo)簽",增強青少年自信心,培養(yǎng)其社交技能,關(guān)注青少年內(nèi)心沖突,提高其自我意識,培育青少年社會主義核心價值觀,引導(dǎo)其重建自我價值感等是幫助青少年改善和克服羞怯,促進其身心健康發(fā)展的有效教育策略。
[Abstract]:Shyness is a common psychological phenomenon, but excessive shyness can bring negative effects on teenagers' physical and mental development, such as Internet addiction, social anxiety, habitual shyness and other psychological obstacles. To explain the mechanism of shyness, the personality trait school emphasizes the heredity of shyness, the behaviorism school pays attention to the acquired "wrong" behavior reaction, and the psychoanalysis school pays attention to the external manifestation of the inner conflict. The social cognitive school pays more attention to the interaction between its own factors and environmental factors. To accept the differences in their sensitivities, to avoid labeling them, to enhance their self-confidence, to cultivate their social skills, to pay attention to their inner conflicts, to enhance their self-awareness, and to foster their socialist core values. Guiding them to rebuild their sense of self-worth is an effective educational strategy to help them improve and overcome shyness and promote their physical and mental development.
