重慶渝北職業(yè)教育中心教師職業(yè)倦怠影響因素與對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:早在19世紀(jì)70年代,費(fèi)登伯格就指出社會(huì)環(huán)境是影響職業(yè)倦怠的主要因素,自此國(guó)內(nèi)外眾多社會(huì)學(xué)家、心理學(xué)家進(jìn)行了無(wú)數(shù)研究,旨在探索社會(huì)環(huán)境對(duì)各類(lèi)職業(yè)的影響程度,,并得出不同的結(jié)論運(yùn)用于實(shí)踐,以緩解職業(yè)倦怠,提高工作效率。教師的工作狀態(tài)是教學(xué)成果的關(guān)鍵,因此國(guó)內(nèi)外眾多專(zhuān)家學(xué)者將社會(huì)環(huán)境對(duì)教師職業(yè)倦怠的影響程度作為研究的重點(diǎn)。 重慶渝北職業(yè)教育中心是一所國(guó)家級(jí)重點(diǎn)中等職業(yè)學(xué)校,多年來(lái)為重慶市的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展輸送了大量高素質(zhì)與技能型勞動(dòng)者。近年來(lái),該校教師的職業(yè)倦怠情況普遍存在,影響了教師隊(duì)伍的整體水平。為了探討研究這一問(wèn)題,本文在職業(yè)倦怠以及激勵(lì)相關(guān)管理理論的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)研及訪(fǎng)談形式對(duì)目前重慶渝北職業(yè)教育中心教師的職業(yè)倦怠現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了了解,并總結(jié)出了存在的具體問(wèn)題,剖析了問(wèn)題的影響因素,提出了該校教師職業(yè)倦怠的解決對(duì)策。 希望通過(guò)本文的研究,能夠?qū)χ貞c渝北職教中心教師職業(yè)倦怠現(xiàn)象提供一些改進(jìn)的方案和建議;同時(shí),本文的研究方法及結(jié)論也能夠?yàn)橄嚓P(guān)的中職教育學(xué)校提供些許借鑒。
[Abstract]:As early as the 1870s, Fedenberger pointed out that the social environment was the main factor affecting job burnout. Since then, numerous sociologists and psychologists at home and abroad have carried out numerous studies aimed at exploring the influence of social environment on various occupations. Different conclusions can be used in practice to alleviate job burnout and improve work efficiency. The working state of teachers is the key of teaching achievement, so many experts and scholars at home and abroad focus on the influence of social environment on teachers' job burnout. Chongqing Yubei Vocational Education Center is a national key secondary vocational school, for many years for the economic development of Chongqing to transport a large number of high-quality and skilled workers. In recent years, the teachers' job burnout exists widely, which affects the overall level of teachers. In order to study this problem, based on the theory of job burnout and incentive management, the present situation of teachers' job burnout in Yubei Vocational Education Center in Chongqing is studied by questionnaire investigation and interview. The concrete problems are summarized, the influencing factors are analyzed, and the solutions to the teachers' burnout are put forward. It is hoped that through the research of this paper, it can provide some improvement schemes and suggestions for teachers' burnout phenomenon in Yubei Vocational Education Center of Chongqing. At the same time, the research methods and conclusions of this paper can also provide some reference for the relevant secondary vocational education schools.
