延邊地區(qū)朝鮮族留守初中生自我概念、生活滿意度與心理健康的關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:20世紀90年代以來,隨著延邊地區(qū)勞務(wù)經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,人口流動急劇增長,使朝鮮族社會的家庭結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生巨大變化,由此引發(fā)的“留守兒童”問題日益突出,引起了延邊社會各界的普遍關(guān)注。 留守初中生是指處于初中階段義務(wù)教育年齡的留守兒童。這一階段的學生正處于青少年成長的關(guān)鍵時期,他們心理和生理都在急劇變化和成長,以激烈的情緒變化和問題行為為特征。加之,他們升入中學后學習任務(wù)越來越繁重,還要面臨激烈的中考壓力,最需要父母關(guān)心引導和幫助。但是留守初中生由于長時間失去父母的呵護和管教,缺乏完整的家庭生活和教育,因此容易出現(xiàn)心理及行為偏差,迷失方向,引發(fā)各種不良的心態(tài)和行為問題。這些心理健康問題如果沒有及時得到解決,不僅影響到學生道德人格的形成和發(fā)展,也會影響到他們的學習成績和行為。因此,留守初中生的有效監(jiān)護與引導問題給延邊地區(qū)朝鮮族中學生的健康教育與健康促進工作提出了一個新的課題。 本文采用定性與定量相結(jié)合的方法,在延吉市、龍井市、和龍市三所朝鮮族初中選取331名留守學生作為研究對象,進行自我概念、生活滿意度與心理健康相關(guān)問卷調(diào)查,并對所得數(shù)據(jù)整理分析,得出如下結(jié)論: 延邊地區(qū)朝鮮族留守初中生自我概念、生活滿意度處于中等偏上水平,存在著輕度的心理健康問題。朝鮮族留守初中生的自我概念、生活滿意度是衡量其心理健康與否的重要指標,也是影響他們心理健康水平的重要因素。其中,朝鮮族留守初中生自我概念的班級自我、家庭自我水平和生活滿意度的友誼滿意、自由滿意水平是有效預(yù)測其心理健康的主要因素。因此,培養(yǎng)提高朝鮮族留守初中生的積極的班級自我、家庭自我水平和友誼滿意、自由滿意水平是預(yù)防和解決延邊地區(qū)朝鮮族留守學生的心理健康問題的主要途徑。
[Abstract]:Since the 1990s, with the development of labor economy in Yanbian area, the population flow has increased rapidly, and the family structure of Korean society has changed greatly, and the problem of "left-behind children" has become increasingly prominent. Yanbian caused widespread concern from all walks of life. The left-behind junior high school students refer to the left-behind children in the compulsory education age of junior middle school. Students in this stage are in the critical period of teenagers' growth, their psychology and physiology are changing and growing rapidly, characterized by intense emotional changes and problem behaviors. In addition, they have more and more heavy learning tasks after entering middle school, and they also face the intense pressure of the middle school examination. They need their parents' care, guidance and help most. However, due to the loss of parental care and discipline for a long time and lack of complete family life and education, left-behind junior high school students are prone to psychological and behavioral deviations, lose their way, and lead to various unhealthy mental and behavioral problems. If these mental health problems are not solved in time, they will not only affect the formation and development of students' moral personality, but also affect their academic achievement and behavior. Therefore, the effective supervision and guidance of left-behind junior high school students put forward a new subject for the health education and health promotion of Korean middle school students in Yanbian area. Using qualitative and quantitative methods, 331 left-behind students in three Korean junior middle schools in Yanji, Longjing and Helong were selected to investigate their self-concept, life satisfaction and mental health. The conclusion is as follows: in Yanbian area, Korean left-behind junior high school students' self-concept, life satisfaction is in the upper middle level, and there are mild mental health problems. The self-concept of Korean left-behind junior high school students, life satisfaction is an important index to measure their mental health or not, but also an important factor affecting their mental health level. Among them, the class self, family self-level and life satisfaction of Korean left-behind junior high school students are the main factors to predict their mental health effectively. Therefore, it is the main way to prevent and solve the mental health problems of Korean left-behind junior high school students in Yanbian area to cultivate and improve their positive class self, family self-level and friendship satisfaction level, and free satisfaction level to prevent and solve the mental health problems of Korean left-behind junior high school students in Yanbian area.
