【摘要】：通過對763名高校朋輩輔導(dǎo)員進行勝任度調(diào)查,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)僅有42.3%被調(diào)查者了解朋輩輔導(dǎo)工作,自認(rèn)具備優(yōu)秀素質(zhì)的不到4成;只有7.2%認(rèn)為開展個案工作容易,11.7%認(rèn)為勝任團體活動。影響朋輩輔導(dǎo)工作的主要因素有輔導(dǎo)技能、實踐經(jīng)驗、理論知識以及同學(xué)信任的缺乏。調(diào)查還發(fā)現(xiàn)被調(diào)查者普遍認(rèn)為尊重隱私、輔導(dǎo)態(tài)度和溝通能力是應(yīng)具備的重要素質(zhì),他們主要通過個體學(xué)習(xí)、朋輩交流來提升素質(zhì),而專業(yè)培訓(xùn)相對不足;同時,73.0%認(rèn)為有必要開展督導(dǎo),并且在形式上以專業(yè)督導(dǎo)為主,在內(nèi)容上以支持督導(dǎo)和教育督導(dǎo)為主。因此,文章深入探討了高校朋輩輔導(dǎo)員培訓(xùn)和督導(dǎo)機制的完善。
[Abstract]:Through the competency survey of 763 peer counselors in colleges and universities, it was found that only 42.3% of the respondents knew the peer counseling work, and less than 40% of them thought they had excellent qualities, and only 7.2% thought that it was easy to carry out case work and think that 11.7% thought they were competent group activities. The main factors influencing peer counseling work are counseling skills, practical experience, theoretical knowledge and lack of students' trust. The survey also found that respondents generally believe that respect for privacy, counseling attitude and communication skills are important qualities, they mainly through individual learning, peer exchanges to improve their quality, but professional training is relatively inadequate; At the same time, 73.0% thought that it was necessary to carry out supervision, and in form to professional supervision, in content to support supervision and education supervision. Therefore, the article probes into the perfection of the training and supervision mechanism of peer counselors in colleges and universities.
