【摘要】：基于提高教師質(zhì)量、促進(jìn)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展以及完善教師教育體系的訴求,澳大利亞自21世紀(jì)以來陸續(xù)頒布了一系列教師專業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),在國內(nèi)掀起了教師專業(yè)"標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化運(yùn)動(dòng)"�？v觀十余年來的發(fā)展變化,澳大利亞教師專業(yè)"標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化運(yùn)動(dòng)"可分為三個(gè)階段——起步階段、形成階段和發(fā)展階段。通過對整個(gè)發(fā)展演變過程的透析可以看出,澳大利亞教師專業(yè)"標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化運(yùn)動(dòng)"體現(xiàn)出多方面特征,即標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化與多樣化并存、"全過程"的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、多方力量統(tǒng)籌與協(xié)作等。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the quality of teachers, promote the professional development of teachers and perfect the system of teacher education, Australia has promulgated a series of professional standards for teachers since the 21st century. Looking at the development and changes in the past ten years, the "standardization movement" of Australian teachers' specialty can be divided into three stages-the initial stage, the forming stage and the developing stage. Through the analysis of the whole process of development and evolution, it can be seen that the standardization movement of Australian teachers' specialty embodies many characteristics, that is, the coexistence of standardization and diversification, the standardization of "whole process", the coordination and cooperation of various forces and so on.
