【摘要】：正2004年,是河南學(xué)生資助工作具有里程碑意義的一年,這一年,河南省學(xué)生資助管理中心正式成立,國家開發(fā)銀行按新機(jī)制,承辦國家助學(xué)貸款試點(diǎn)工作在河南啟動(dòng),到2014年已走過整整10個(gè)年頭。從單純貸款到混合多元,從問題突出到率先突破,從舉步維艱到全國領(lǐng)先,河南學(xué)生資助工作走出了一條篳路藍(lán)縷、勇立潮頭的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展之路,實(shí)現(xiàn)了由自我突圍到引領(lǐng)發(fā)展的華美蝶變。十年來,河南的學(xué)生資助工作得到了各級(jí)黨委、政府的大力支持,在教育、財(cái)政、金融等有關(guān)部門的通力合作下,我們克服了底子薄、基礎(chǔ)差、難度
[Abstract]:The year 2004 marks a milestone in the work of student support in Henan Province. In this year, the Henan Student support Management Center was formally established. According to the new mechanism, the National Development Bank has started the pilot work on national student loans in Henan Province. A full 10 years have passed by 2014. From simple loans to mixed diversity, from problems to breakthroughs, from difficulties to national leadership, Henan student support work has taken a pioneering road to the creative and development path of boldly building the tide. Realized from self-breakthrough to lead the development of the beautiful butterfly change. In the past ten years, the student aid work in Henan has received great support from party committees and governments at all levels. With the joint efforts of the departments concerned, such as education, finance and finance, we have overcome the problems of poor foundation and difficulty.
