【摘要】：微課這種新的教學(xué)資源的興起,引起了傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)方式的悄然變革。企業(yè)員工培訓(xùn)也應(yīng)該嘗試引入微課這種教學(xué)資源。本文從微課的概念與特點出發(fā),就如何把微課引入員工培訓(xùn),如何開發(fā)微課,以及在引入微課培訓(xùn)中,應(yīng)該注意的問題展開了探討,以求對傳統(tǒng)培訓(xùn)模式進(jìn)行一些改革。
[Abstract]:The rise of new teaching resources of micro-class has caused the change of traditional teaching methods. Enterprise staff training should also try to introduce micro-teaching resources. Starting from the concept and characteristics of micro-class, this paper discusses how to introduce micro-class into staff training, how to develop micro-class, and some problems that should be paid attention to in the process of introducing micro-class training, in order to reform the traditional training mode.
