【摘要】：正在一次師德報(bào)告會(huì)上,某領(lǐng)導(dǎo)在列舉了諸如"人類靈魂的工程師"、"太陽(yáng)底下最光輝的事業(yè)"之類的"大帽子"后,要求全體教師在教育中實(shí)現(xiàn)人生價(jià)值,在教學(xué)中尋找人生幸福。話音未了,底下"噓"聲一片。老師們開始小聲議論,在牢騷和抱怨中傾訴教師職業(yè)的種種壓力,"帶著鐐銬跳舞"之類的言語(yǔ)一時(shí)充斥了整個(gè)會(huì)場(chǎng)。言外之意,教師職業(yè)的枯燥讓教師找不到職業(yè)幸福。就這一點(diǎn),我感同身受。按說(shuō),作為助長(zhǎng)生命的一份工作,教師的職業(yè)幸福感應(yīng)該很高。但在現(xiàn)實(shí)中,教師作為教育的施行者,根本無(wú)法在教育的過(guò)程中獲得滿足感,而總是
[Abstract]:At a lecture on teachers' ethics, a leader, after enumerating such "big hats" as "engineers of the human soul" and "the brightest cause under the sun," asked all teachers to realize the value of life in education.
