【摘要】：我國(guó)社區(qū)教育起步較晚,社區(qū)教育工作者的專業(yè)化發(fā)展在角色定位、行業(yè)規(guī)范、隊(duì)伍質(zhì)量、管理運(yùn)行等方面均不成熟。普通教師與社區(qū)教育工作者具有相似的職業(yè)屬性和內(nèi)部需求,并且前者的專業(yè)化發(fā)展在各方面都具有較高的成熟度,因此,對(duì)于后者來說具有較好的借鑒價(jià)值,可以作為社區(qū)教育工作者職業(yè)化、專業(yè)化建設(shè)的參考范本。
[Abstract]:The professional development of community education workers is not mature in the aspects of role orientation, industry norm, team quality, management operation and so on. Ordinary teachers and community educators have similar professional attributes and internal needs, and the professional development of the former has higher maturity in all aspects, so it has good reference value for the latter. It can be used as a reference model for the professionalization and specialization of community educators.
