[Abstract]:After the 18th National Congress, there are two hot words in the field of education, that is, "comprehensive reform" and "educational governance". This is a new topic put forward by the times to education reform: what is comprehensive reform? What is the modern educational governance system? What kind of relationship exists between comprehensive reform and educational governance system construction. In General Secretary Xi Jinping, "truly unifying the thinking into the spirit of the third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee", General Secretary Xi Jinping said: "the reason why we decided to study the issue of comprehensive deepening reform at this third Plenary session of the CPC Central Committee is not to promote reform in one field, nor to do so."
