【摘要】：正據(jù)德國《明鏡周刊》2014年9月2日報道,近日,聯(lián)邦政府在內(nèi)閣會議上通過了第二十五版《聯(lián)邦教育促進法》修正法的草案。本次修正法的內(nèi)容主要包括兩個部分:一是聯(lián)邦政府將獨自承擔助學金的費用;二是對中小學生和大學生的資助進行實質(zhì)和結(jié)構(gòu)上的改革。從2015年開始,聯(lián)邦政府將全權(quán)負責助學金的財政支出,每年為州政府減輕12億歐元的財政壓力。此外,聯(lián)邦政府還將為各州的教育事業(yè),尤
[Abstract]:According to the German weekly Der Spiegel on September 2, 2014, the federal government recently adopted the draft of the 25 edition of the Federal Law on the Promotion of Education at a cabinet meeting. The content of this amendment law mainly includes two parts: one is that the federal government will bear the expenses of the stipend alone; the other is the reform of the substance and structure of the financial aid for primary and middle school students and college students. Starting in 2015, the federal government will have full responsibility for funding grants, reducing fiscal pressure on state governments by 1.2 billion euros a year.
