【摘要】:名師的影響不僅僅在于優(yōu)異的教育質(zhì)量,還在于以其教育思想和策略影響其他教師,這種影響依賴于名師經(jīng)驗(yàn)的傳遞,教研組的研討、同伴的交流以及名師的個(gè)人總結(jié)。因此,名師成長(zhǎng)的路上,一定要處理好自我話語(yǔ)體系與學(xué)術(shù)話語(yǔ)體系、個(gè)體思維習(xí)慣與共性思維習(xí)慣、獨(dú)特性操作與去個(gè)性化經(jīng)驗(yàn)三者之間的關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:The influence of the famous teacher is not only the excellent quality of education, but also the influence of the educational ideas and strategies on other teachers. This influence depends on the transfer of the experience of the famous teachers, the research of the teaching and research group, the communication of the companions and the personal summary of the famous teachers. Therefore, the way of the growth of the famous teachers must deal with the system of self discourse and the academic discourse system. The relationship between individual thinking habits and common thinking habits, unique operation and depersonalization experience is three.
