大學生基于網(wǎng)絡教學平臺自主學習的現(xiàn)狀與對策

【摘要】:在知識經(jīng)濟時代,科學技術發(fā)展帶來計算機網(wǎng)絡的普及,網(wǎng)絡化已經(jīng)成為21世紀的主旋律。網(wǎng)絡已經(jīng)在學生學習生活中扮演著越來越重要的角色,學生在開展自主學習時,更是離不開網(wǎng)絡,傳統(tǒng)的自主學習也已轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樾滦偷木W(wǎng)絡自主學習。通過相關的文獻資料研究發(fā)現(xiàn),當前基于網(wǎng)絡教學平臺自主學習現(xiàn)狀的系統(tǒng)調(diào)查較為缺乏,沒有受到人們的足夠重視。因此,本研究為系統(tǒng)地掌握當前大學生基于網(wǎng)絡教學平臺自主學習的現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)其存在的問題,提出有效的改進對策,為改進網(wǎng)絡自主學習的效果提供有益的參考。 本研究在國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎上,以移動學習理論、翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂理論、個性化學習理論為主線,主要圍繞以下三個方面進行研究: 首先,通過查閱大量的文獻資料,對研究背景進行闡述,總結(jié)出國內(nèi)外關于基于網(wǎng)絡教學平臺自主學習的研究現(xiàn)狀,,從已有研究中總結(jié)歸納出研究的熱點和不足,同時,對本研究的目標、研究內(nèi)容、研究思路和研究方法進行了闡述。 其次,本研究在分析了移動學習理論、翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂學習理論、個性化學習理論的基礎上,探討了大學生基于網(wǎng)絡教學平臺自主學習影響因素,包括學習者因素、教師因素、平臺因素和學校因素等,形成了一個影響因素模型。接著以此模型為依據(jù),利用調(diào)查問卷和訪談形式,得到了山東省大學生基于網(wǎng)絡教學平臺自主學習現(xiàn)狀的真實資料。 最后,通過數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計分析法,分析大學生基于網(wǎng)絡教學平臺自主學習現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)現(xiàn)狀中存在的問題,分析產(chǎn)生上述問題的原因,提出切實可行的解決對策。 本文以山東省四所高校的大學生為研究對象,從學習者、教師、平臺、學校這四方面,對大學生基于網(wǎng)絡教學平臺自主學習現(xiàn)狀進行了分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)了如下問題:學習者缺乏良好的自主學習習慣與有效的自我監(jiān)控,平臺上教師的參與度不高,優(yōu)質(zhì)學習資源嚴重不足,平臺得不到有效應用,學校對網(wǎng)絡教學效果得不到有效掌控。然后,據(jù)此歸納出影響網(wǎng)絡自主學習效果的原因:學習者網(wǎng)絡自主學習意識不強,教師網(wǎng)絡教學素養(yǎng)比較低,平臺自主化二次開發(fā)不足,學校欠缺相應的評價與獎勵機制。最后,根據(jù)調(diào)查實際情況,筆者提出了有針對性的對策,為大學生基于網(wǎng)絡教學平臺自主學習提供了可參考的建議。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, the development of science and technology has brought the popularization of computer network, networking has become the main melody of the 21st century. The network has played a more and more important role in the students' study and life. When the students carry out autonomous learning, they can not do without the network, and the traditional autonomous learning has also changed into a new type of autonomous learning. Through the relevant literature research, it is found that the current systematic investigation on the status quo of autonomous learning based on web-based teaching platform is relatively lacking and has not been paid enough attention to. Therefore, this study is to systematically grasp the current situation of college students' autonomous learning based on network teaching platform, find out the existing problems, put forward effective improvement countermeasures, and provide a useful reference for improving the effect of network autonomous learning. Based on the current research situation at home and abroad, this study focuses on the following three aspects: mobile learning theory, flipping classroom theory and individualized learning theory: First of all, by consulting a large number of literature, the research background is expounded, and the current situation of autonomous learning based on web-based teaching platform is summarized, and the hot spots and shortcomings of the research are summarized from the existing research, at the same time, The aim, content, train of thought and research method of this research are expounded. Secondly, on the basis of analyzing mobile learning theory, flipping classroom learning theory and individualized learning theory, this study discusses the influencing factors of college students' autonomous learning based on web-based teaching platform, including learner factors and teachers' factors. Platform factors and school factors, etc., form a model of influencing factors. On the basis of this model, using questionnaire and interview form, we get the real data of the present situation of autonomous learning of college students based on network teaching platform in Shandong Province. Finally, through the statistical analysis of data, this paper analyzes the present situation of college students' autonomous learning based on the network teaching platform, summarizes the problems existing in the present situation, analyzes the causes of the above problems, and puts forward practical solutions. This paper takes the students of four colleges and universities in Shandong Province as the research object, from the four aspects of learners, teachers, platforms and schools, analyzes the current situation of autonomous learning of college students based on the network teaching platform. The following problems are found: learners lack of good autonomous learning habits and effective self-monitoring, the participation of teachers on the platform is not high, the quality learning resources are seriously insufficient, and the platform is not effectively used. Schools do not have effective control over the effects of online teaching. Then, the paper concludes the reasons that affect the effect of web-based autonomous learning: learners' awareness of web-based autonomous learning is not strong, teachers' network teaching literacy is relatively low, the secondary development of platform autonomy is insufficient, and schools lack the corresponding evaluation and reward mechanism. Finally, according to the actual situation of the investigation, the author puts forward targeted countermeasures, which can be used as a reference for the autonomous learning of college students based on the web-based teaching platform.
