大學(xué)生積極應(yīng)對方式在挫折應(yīng)激源與情緒反應(yīng)間的中介作用

【摘要】:自從心理學(xué)家Lazarus1966年把應(yīng)對這一概念引入應(yīng)激與反應(yīng)模型以來,越來越多的心理學(xué)家開始對它產(chǎn)生濃厚的興趣,大量的研究使其在傳統(tǒng)研究中的地位和影響越來越重要。應(yīng)對被認(rèn)為在應(yīng)激過程中發(fā)揮著重要的作用,但是過去的研究大多局限于消極心理學(xué)領(lǐng)域。隨著積極心理學(xué)的發(fā)展,增加了積極應(yīng)對方式對挫折與反應(yīng)之間的影響因素。因此,研究積極應(yīng)對方式在大學(xué)生挫折事件誘發(fā)情緒反應(yīng)中的作用具有很大的現(xiàn)實意義。 本研究選取西安石油大學(xué)心理研究所的2011級5169人心理健康普查檔案資料做抽樣,即按8%比例隨機(jī)抽取427人作為本研究對象。研究采用“學(xué)生生活應(yīng)激量表”、“危機(jī)處理方式量表”對學(xué)生進(jìn)行施測。對所得數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析,具體研究結(jié)果如下: (1)男生在尋求幫助和控制情緒兩種積極應(yīng)對方式的選擇上顯著低于女生;在處理問題方面的得分,非獨(dú)生子女顯著高于獨(dú)生子女;控制情緒方面的得分,文科生的得分顯著高于工科生得分。 (2)男生在內(nèi)疚痛苦上的得分顯著高于女生的得分;城市生源大學(xué)生在焦慮煩惱維度上的得分顯著高于農(nóng)村生源大學(xué)生的得分;獨(dú)生子女與非獨(dú)生子女在情緒反應(yīng)這一維度的得分上沒有表現(xiàn)出顯著性差異。 (3)男生在被排斥而受挫、交往異性受挫和機(jī)會拒絕受挫三種挫折應(yīng)激源上的得分顯著高于女生的得分;城市生源大學(xué)生在因貧困而受挫和機(jī)會拒絕受挫上的得分顯著低于農(nóng)村生源的大學(xué)生;獨(dú)生子女大學(xué)生在因貧困而受挫和機(jī)會拒絕受挫這上的得分顯著低于非獨(dú)生子女大學(xué)生;家庭貧困大學(xué)生在因貧困而受挫和被排斥而受挫上的得分顯著高于非貧困大學(xué)生得分。 (4)大學(xué)生的情緒反應(yīng)與挫折應(yīng)激源顯著相關(guān);大學(xué)生挫折應(yīng)激源的中因貧困而受挫與控制情緒顯著正相關(guān),被排斥而受挫與處理問題顯著負(fù)相關(guān),被排斥而受挫與尋求支持也顯著負(fù)相關(guān);大學(xué)生處理問題這一積極應(yīng)對方式與生氣憤怒、內(nèi)疚痛苦、憂傷抑郁三種情緒反應(yīng)存在顯著性負(fù)相關(guān);尋求支持這一積極應(yīng)對方式與焦慮煩惱情緒反應(yīng)存在顯著性正相關(guān)。 (5)處理問題這一積極應(yīng)對方式在挫折應(yīng)激源與情緒反應(yīng)中的中介效應(yīng)顯著。其中,處理問題應(yīng)對方式具有緩解情緒反應(yīng)的積極效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Since the psychologist Lazarus1966 introduced the concept of coping into the stress and response model, more and more psychologists have begun to have a strong interest in it, and a large number of studies have made its position and influence in traditional research more and more important. Coping is believed to play an important role in stress, but previous studies have mostly been confined to the field of negative psychology. With the development of positive psychology, the influence of positive coping style on frustration and reaction is increased. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the role of positive coping style in the emotional response induced by college students' frustration events. In this study, 5169 mental health survey records of 5169 people from the Institute of Psychology of Xi'an University of Petroleum were sampled, that is to say, 427 people were randomly selected as the object of this study according to the ratio of 8%. Students were tested with the Student Life stress scale and the crisis coping style scale. The results are as follows: (1) male students' choice of two positive coping styles of seeking help and controlling their emotions was significantly lower than that of girls; the scores of non-only children were significantly higher than those of only children in dealing with problems; the scores of emotional control were significantly higher than those of only children. The score of arts students was significantly higher than that of engineering students. (2) the scores of male students in guilt and pain were significantly higher than those of girls, the scores of urban college students in anxiety dimension were significantly higher than those of rural students; There was no significant difference in the score of emotional response between only child and non-only child. 3) male students' scores of frustration stressors were significantly higher than that of girls'; The scores of urban college students' frustration due to poverty and rejection of opportunities are significantly lower than those of rural students, the scores of only child students' frustration due to poverty and opportunity rejection are significantly lower than those of non-only child students. The scores of poor family college students on frustration and exclusion due to poverty were significantly higher than those of non-poor students. 4) the emotional response of college students was significantly correlated with the stressor of frustration, the frustration caused by poverty was positively correlated with the control of emotion, and the rejection was negatively correlated with the problem of dealing with the problem. There was a significant negative correlation between rejection frustration and seeking support, the positive coping style of college students' problem solving was negatively correlated with anger, guilt and pain, sadness and depression, and there was a significant negative correlation between the positive coping style and anger and anger, guilt and pain, sadness and depression. There was a significant positive correlation between seeking support for this positive coping style and anxiety-vexing emotional response. 5) the mediating effect of the positive coping style in frustration stressors and emotional responses is significant. Among them, the coping style has the positive effect of alleviating the emotional response.
