【摘要】:如何利用信息技術(shù)更好地實(shí)現(xiàn)高效的一對一個(gè)性化輔導(dǎo),不僅是現(xiàn)實(shí)的迫切需要,也是研究的熱點(diǎn)。本文對基于遠(yuǎn)程視頻會(huì)議系統(tǒng)的在線輔導(dǎo)教學(xué)交互策略國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究,以社會(huì)建構(gòu)理論、教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)理論、活動(dòng)理論、交際策略理論和遠(yuǎn)程教育中的交互理論為指導(dǎo),在案例分析的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)了基于遠(yuǎn)程視頻會(huì)議系統(tǒng)的在線輔導(dǎo)教學(xué)交互策略,并在三輪行動(dòng)研究中對該策略進(jìn)行修訂和完善,最后提出"社會(huì)臨場感建立—情感激勵(lì)—教學(xué)會(huì)話—成果分享—評價(jià)反饋"的五階段策略(簡稱SATAE策略),并通過對單向量表、教師反思日志、教師訪談等數(shù)據(jù)資料的分析,驗(yàn)證了該策略的應(yīng)用效果,即能激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,優(yōu)化教學(xué)交互過程,提升基于遠(yuǎn)程視頻會(huì)議系統(tǒng)的在線輔導(dǎo)教學(xué)效果。
[Abstract]:How to make use of information technology to realize highly effective one-to-one personalized tutoring is not only an urgent need of reality, but also a hot spot of research.In this paper, the current situation of online tutoring interaction strategy based on remote video conference system is studied, which is guided by social construction theory, instructional design theory, activity theory, communication strategy theory and interaction theory in distance education.On the basis of case analysis, the interactive strategy of online tutoring and teaching based on remote video conference system is designed, and the strategy is revised and perfected in the course of three rounds of action research.Finally, this paper puts forward a five-stage strategy (SATAE strategy for short) of "the establishment of social presence sense-affective motivation-teaching conversation-teaching conversation-evaluation feedback", and through the analysis of one-way scale, teacher reflection log, teacher interview and other data, etc.The results show that the strategy can stimulate students' interest in learning, optimize the process of teaching interaction, and improve the effect of online tutoring based on remote video conferencing system.
