【摘要】：正新年伊始,教育部出臺(tái)了《關(guān)于進(jìn)一步做好小學(xué)升入初中免試就近入學(xué)工作的實(shí)施意見》(以下簡(jiǎn)稱《意見》),提出了合理"劃片"、減少特長(zhǎng)招生、做好隨遷子女就學(xué)等"小升初新政"。正如媒體評(píng)價(jià)說,《意見》是助推教育公平的"良策",也是讓弱勢(shì)群體看到希望的"善政"。但好事還要辦好,如何使老百姓真正受惠、由衷"點(diǎn)贊",考驗(yàn)著從教育行政部門到學(xué)校的實(shí)踐智慧。
