【摘要】：正焦慮癥是指患者在缺乏與客觀威脅相適應(yīng)的客觀因素情況下,表現(xiàn)出緊張恐懼、顧慮重重、注意力分散、遇事優(yōu)柔寡斷、對(duì)輕微刺激反應(yīng)過(guò)度敏感等神經(jīng)性焦慮反應(yīng)。同時(shí),還伴隨有心跳加快、過(guò)度出汗、肌肉持續(xù)性緊張、睡眠障礙、尿頻尿急等癥狀。有調(diào)查顯示,現(xiàn)在中學(xué)生患有考試焦慮癥的高達(dá)52%,其中學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)優(yōu)秀者所占比例較大。中學(xué)生的焦慮反應(yīng)通常主要是對(duì)考試產(chǎn)生的焦慮。考前睡不好覺(jué),考試時(shí)情緒緊張、心慌意
[Abstract]:Positive anxiety disorder refers to the nervous anxiety reaction of the patient in the absence of objective factors suitable to the objective threat, such as intense fear, anxiety, distraction, indecision, and oversensitivity to mild stimulus. It is also accompanied by symptoms such as rapid heartbeat, excessive sweating, persistent muscle tension, sleep disorders, frequent urination, and so on. Now middle school students suffer from test anxiety disorder as high as 52 points, among which the proportion of students with excellent academic performance is larger. The anxiety reaction of middle school students is usually the anxiety produced by the examination. They can't sleep well before the examination, and they are nervous and nervous during the examination.
