【摘要】：現(xiàn)代高職院校"大學(xué)生心理健康教育"課程受到了新媒體時(shí)代的挑戰(zhàn)和沖擊,學(xué)生的心理和思維方式產(chǎn)生了重要變化,僅以適應(yīng)和發(fā)展為個(gè)體取向的心理健康教育不能激發(fā)和滿足學(xué)生的興趣和內(nèi)在需求。"大學(xué)生心理健康教育"改革重點(diǎn)在于傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)內(nèi)容和方法的調(diào)整。文章從課程設(shè)計(jì)、教學(xué)內(nèi)容、教學(xué)手段等方向探索新媒體時(shí)代高職院校心理健康教育的突破點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:The course of "Psychological Health Education for College students" in modern vocational colleges has been challenged and impacted by the new media era, and the students' psychology and mode of thinking have changed greatly. The mental health education which only takes adaptation and development as the individual orientation can not arouse and satisfy the students' interest and internal needs. The reform of "college students' mental health education" focuses on the adjustment of the traditional teaching contents and methods. This paper explores the breakthrough point of mental health education in higher vocational colleges in the new media era.
