【摘要】:面對(duì)著國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)的新形勢(shì)、新問題、新挑戰(zhàn),國(guó)內(nèi)英語(yǔ)培訓(xùn)業(yè)也面臨著巨大危機(jī),入門門檻較低、發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的缺乏和差異化等因素導(dǎo)致英語(yǔ)培訓(xùn)行業(yè)內(nèi)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈。企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手越來(lái)越強(qiáng),所遇到的挑戰(zhàn)也各不相同,對(duì)于一個(gè)企業(yè)來(lái)說,機(jī)遇與威脅并存。 企業(yè)生存要素除了我們所熟知的人才、資金和技術(shù)外,還有一個(gè)要素就是競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào),美國(guó)哈佛商學(xué)院早已將競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)列為關(guān)系企業(yè)生死存亡的第四要素,可見競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)對(duì)于企業(yè)生存的重要性。競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)具有提高企業(yè)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的功能,其在許多國(guó)外企業(yè)發(fā)展過程中發(fā)揮了重要作用。面對(duì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈的英語(yǔ)培訓(xùn)市場(chǎng),為了提高市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,英語(yǔ)培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)就要采取有效的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)理論和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)策略。對(duì)英語(yǔ)培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)分析,可以幫助企業(yè)洞悉企業(yè)自身及社會(huì)政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、市場(chǎng)等的變化,做出正確的決策,增強(qiáng)企業(yè)的生存發(fā)展能力,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 本文以我國(guó)英語(yǔ)培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)為主要研究對(duì)象,分析競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)對(duì)我國(guó)英語(yǔ)培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的重要性,以行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)理論為研究基礎(chǔ),,對(duì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)的研究?jī)?nèi)容進(jìn)行分析。運(yùn)用波特五力分析和PEST分析分別對(duì)英語(yǔ)培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的微觀環(huán)境和宏觀環(huán)境進(jìn)行闡述,分析英語(yǔ)培訓(xùn)行業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)態(tài)勢(shì),為英語(yǔ)培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)制定科學(xué)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。以新東方教育科技集團(tuán)為例,運(yùn)用SWOT分析法詳細(xì)地分析了新東方教育科技集團(tuán)的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì),分析了企業(yè)面臨的機(jī)會(huì)和威脅,并提出企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)定位。建立適合自己的企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)系統(tǒng),為英語(yǔ)培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)提供有效的信息支持,提高英語(yǔ)培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:In the face of the new situation, new problems, new challenges at home and abroad, the domestic English training industry is also facing a huge crisis, with a relatively low threshold for entry. The lack of development strategy and differentiation lead to the increasingly fierce competition in the English training industry. The competition of enterprises is becoming stronger and stronger, and the challenges they encounter are different. For an enterprise, opportunities and threats coexist. In addition to the talents, funds and technologies that we know well, there is also the element of competitive intelligence. The Harvard Business School of the United States has long listed competitive intelligence as the 4th element of the survival of the enterprises concerned. It can be seen that competitive intelligence plays an important role in the development of many foreign enterprises. In the face of the fierce competition in the English training market, competitive intelligence plays an important role in improving the competitiveness of enterprises in the market. In order to improve the competitiveness of the market, English training institutions should adopt effective competition theory and competitive strategy. Analyzing the competitive intelligence of English training institutions can help enterprises to understand the changes of enterprises themselves and social politics, economy, market, etc. Make the correct decision, strengthen the survival and development ability of the enterprise, realize the sustainable development of the enterprise. This paper takes the competitive intelligence of our English training institutions as the main research object, analyzes the importance of competitive intelligence to our English training institutions, and takes the theory of industry competition as the research basis. The research content of competitive intelligence is analyzed. The micro environment and macro environment of English training institutions are expounded by Porter's five Force Analysis and PEST analysis, and the competitive situation of English training industry is analyzed. Taking the New Oriental Educational Science and Technology Group as an example, this paper makes a detailed analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the New Oriental Educational Science and Technology Group, and analyzes the opportunities and threats faced by the New Oriental Educational Science and Technology Group by using the SWOT analysis method. It also puts forward the strategic goal orientation of the enterprise, establishes the enterprise competitive intelligence system suitable for oneself, provides the effective information support for the English training organization, and improves the competitiveness of the English training institution.
