【摘要】：正陶行知先生曾說:"莫把學(xué)校變成教校",意指學(xué)生是學(xué)校的主人,教育應(yīng)以學(xué)生為主,而不是以教為主。這是他學(xué)習(xí)老師杜威"以學(xué)生為中心"后的感悟。不知什么原因,陶先生"以學(xué)生為中心"的苦心實踐后來并沒有在學(xué)校中得到完整的傳承,反倒是以教師為主導(dǎo)的現(xiàn)實在校園隨處可見。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和教師更多地成了學(xué)校的主人。不過,如果換作今天,依賴信息技術(shù)的支持,我想陶先生的實踐可能得到更大的改觀,學(xué)校以學(xué)生和學(xué)習(xí)為中心的思想能得到更好的落實。
[Abstract]:Mr. Tao Xingzhi once said: "Don't turn the school into a teaching school," which means that the students are the masters of the school, and that education should be student-oriented, not teacher.That is his understanding after he learned that Dewey was "student-centered". I don't know why. Mr. Tao's painstaking practice of "student-centered" did not later get a complete inheritance in the school. Instead, the teacher-led reality was found everywhere on the campus. Leaders and teachers became more masters of the school. If today, relying on the support of information technology, I think Mr. Tao's practice may be more improved, the school's student-centered thinking can be better implemented.
