【摘要】："等級學(xué)校評估"與"規(guī)范化學(xué)校建設(shè)"是對廣東省中小學(xué)校辦學(xué)產(chǎn)生深遠影響的兩項政策。然而"規(guī)范化學(xué)校建設(shè)"作為"等級評估"的一項政策替代并未帶來"等級評估"的政策終結(jié),完全消除其負面效果。政策實施者要找到問題解決的基本對策與思路,應(yīng)該重視政策變遷的事實與價值研究,尋求問題背后的真相,及時調(diào)整與突出政策主導(dǎo)行為,加快規(guī)范化學(xué)校建設(shè)有自身特色的針對不同區(qū)域的評價指標體系與可持續(xù)性的政策研制,才能克服體制流弊實現(xiàn)其促進教育均衡發(fā)展的政策目標,并盡量消解由片面追求均衡所帶來的負面效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:The " grade school evaluation " and " standardized school construction " are two policies that have far - reaching influence on the school running of primary and middle schools in Guangdong province . However , the policy of " standardized school construction " as a " class assessment " has not brought the end of the policy of " ranking assessment " . The policy implementers should focus on the fact and value of policy change , seek the truth behind the problem , timely adjust and highlight the dominant behavior of the policy , accelerate the construction of the standardized school with its own special evaluation index system and sustainability policy development , and try to eliminate the negative effects brought about by the balance of one - sided pursuit .
