【摘要】：針對新生心理委員的實際情況,兼顧其工作及自身心理成長需要設計培訓方案,采用講授及團體訓練的方式進行培訓。經(jīng)過培訓,新生心理委員自我心理滿意程度及心理健康水平提高,朋輩輔導勝任力提高,新生心理委員培訓具備推廣價值。
[Abstract]:According to the actual situation of the freshman psychological committee, the training program is designed to take into account the needs of their work and their own psychological growth, and the training is carried out by way of teaching and group training. The degree of self-satisfaction and the level of mental health of the freshmen psychological committee are improved, the competence of peer counseling is improved, and the training of freshmen psychological committee is worth popularizing.
