【摘要】：本研究主要考察了高中生的法律意識(shí)、人性觀和家庭親密度與適應(yīng)性的現(xiàn)狀,它們?cè)谌丝趯W(xué)變量上的特點(diǎn),以及三者之間的關(guān)系,運(yùn)用了自編的法律意識(shí)問(wèn)卷、家庭親密度與適應(yīng)性量表(FACES II-CV)以及人性的哲學(xué)修訂量表(Revised Philosophies of Human Nature Scale)三個(gè)量表進(jìn)行研究,得出以下主要結(jié)論： (1)整體上高中生法律意識(shí)呈中等水平,男生法律意識(shí)明顯高于女生,且年級(jí)越低法律意識(shí)越強(qiáng)。 (2)人性觀方面,高中生的人性觀在性別上沒(méi)有顯著差異,但在值得信任上,女生平均得分高于男生,在憤世嫉俗上,男生平均得分高于女生。而獨(dú)生比非獨(dú)生、高年級(jí)比低年級(jí)的高中生更加的憤世嫉俗。 (3)在家庭實(shí)際親密度和適應(yīng)性以及家庭理想親密度和適應(yīng)性方面,男生明顯低于女生,獨(dú)生與非獨(dú)生方面無(wú)明顯差異,低年級(jí)高中生的家庭親密度與適應(yīng)性明顯高于高年級(jí)。 (4)高中生法律意識(shí)與人性觀中的值得信任因子、以及實(shí)際家庭親密度與適應(yīng)性均成顯著正相關(guān)。 (5)人性觀中值得信任因子與實(shí)際家庭親密度與適應(yīng)性成顯著正相關(guān),人性觀中憤世嫉俗因子與實(shí)際家庭親密度與適應(yīng)性成顯著負(fù)相關(guān)。 最后,根據(jù)研究結(jié)論,從家庭教育方面為高中生樹(shù)立正確積極的人性觀和法律意識(shí)提出理論和實(shí)踐建議。
[Abstract]:This study mainly examines the current situation of high school students' legal consciousness, human nature, family affinity and adaptability, their demographic variables, and the relationship between them, using the self-designed legal consciousness questionnaire. Family cohesion and adaptability scale (FACES II-CVV) and philosophical revision scale for Human Nature (. Revised Philosophies of Human Nature scale. The main conclusions are as follows: On the whole, the legal consciousness of senior high school students is of medium level, the legal consciousness of boys is obviously higher than that of girls, and the lower the grade is, the stronger the legal consciousness is. (2) in the aspect of human nature, there is no significant difference in the gender of high school students' view of human nature, but the average score of female students is higher than that of male students, and the average score of female students is higher than that of male students and cynicism. The average score of boys is higher than that of girls. The only child is more cynical than the non-single, and the upper grade is more cynical than the lower grade high school students. 3) in terms of family actual affinity and adaptability, and family ideal affinity and adaptability, male students were significantly lower than girls, and there was no significant difference between only and non-only children. The family affinity and adaptability of junior high school students were significantly higher than those of higher grades. 4) there was a significant positive correlation between the legal consciousness of senior high school students and the factors of trust in the view of human nature, as well as the actual family affinity and adaptability. 5) in the view of human nature, there is a significant positive correlation between the factors of trust and actual family affinity and adaptability, and a significant negative correlation between cynicism and actual family affinity and adaptability in the view of human nature. Finally, according to the conclusion of the study, theoretical and practical suggestions are put forward for high school students to establish a correct and positive view of human nature and legal consciousness from the aspect of family education.
