【摘要】:研究表明在非正式場(chǎng)合學(xué)習(xí)獲得的知識(shí)占人們所有知識(shí)的70%以上,隨著終身學(xué)習(xí)和碎片化學(xué)習(xí)理念的普及,現(xiàn)在非正式學(xué)習(xí)是個(gè)人知識(shí)獲得的主要方式。在Web2.0時(shí)代各種社會(huì)性網(wǎng)絡(luò)迅速成為人們生活中的一部分,隨時(shí)隨地學(xué)習(xí)已經(jīng)不再是一種呼吁和需求,而是已經(jīng)成為新時(shí)代人們學(xué)習(xí)的一種方式。這對(duì)構(gòu)建終身學(xué)習(xí)、學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì)都有重要意義。在非正式學(xué)習(xí)中,知識(shí)管理對(duì)提高學(xué)習(xí)效率,提升個(gè)人競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力都起著重要作用。而微博以它低門(mén)檻、即時(shí)性、便捷性、交互性等優(yōu)勢(shì)得到了學(xué)習(xí)者的廣泛青睞。同時(shí)微博的自身功能為學(xué)習(xí)者知識(shí)管理提供了便捷條件。因此如何利用微博平臺(tái)提高非正式學(xué)習(xí)的學(xué)習(xí)效率,促進(jìn)學(xué)習(xí)者知識(shí)管理值得深入研究和探索。 本文通過(guò)梳理微博、微博的教育應(yīng)用、非正式學(xué)習(xí)和知識(shí)管理與微博的關(guān)系的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究成果,依據(jù)建構(gòu)主義、群體動(dòng)力學(xué)理論和分布式認(rèn)知理論,從技術(shù)、動(dòng)機(jī)、任務(wù)、環(huán)境四個(gè)維度分析非正式學(xué)習(xí)知識(shí)管理的影響因素。提出了微博環(huán)境下非正式學(xué)習(xí)共同體知識(shí)管理影響因素框架和研究假設(shè)。 根據(jù)構(gòu)想的知識(shí)管理概念模型,設(shè)計(jì)了非正式學(xué)習(xí)共同體知識(shí)管理影響因素的調(diào)查問(wèn)卷。通過(guò)小樣本測(cè)試,,檢驗(yàn)了問(wèn)卷的信效度。在信效度較高的基礎(chǔ)上正式取樣調(diào)查,并使用SPSS軟件對(duì)問(wèn)卷結(jié)果進(jìn)行了數(shù)據(jù)分析。驗(yàn)證了預(yù)設(shè)的知識(shí)管理影響因素。數(shù)據(jù)表明不同年齡、學(xué)歷、職業(yè)對(duì)知識(shí)管理有顯著性影響。 在理論研究和實(shí)證分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出微博環(huán)境下非正式學(xué)習(xí)共同體知識(shí)管理的促進(jìn)策略。并從自發(fā)階段的動(dòng)機(jī)激發(fā)策略、主動(dòng)參與階段知識(shí)管理策略、目標(biāo)達(dá)成階段知識(shí)創(chuàng)新策略這三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了闡述。
[Abstract]:The research shows that the knowledge gained in informal learning accounts for more than 70% of all people's knowledge, along with the popularization of lifelong learning and fragmented learning concept. Nowadays, informal learning is the main way to acquire personal knowledge. In the era of Web2.0, various social networks have rapidly become a part of people's lives, and learning anywhere is no longer an appeal and demand. Instead, it has become a way for people to learn in the new era, which is of great significance to the construction of lifelong learning and learning society. In informal learning, knowledge management plays an important role in improving the efficiency of learning. Improving individual competitiveness plays an important role, and Weibo with its low threshold, immediacy, convenience. Interactivity and other advantages have been widely favored by learners. At the same time, Weibo's own functions provide convenient conditions for learners' knowledge management. Therefore, how to use Weibo platform to improve the learning efficiency of informal learning. The promotion of learner knowledge management is worthy of further study and exploration. By combing Weibo, Weibo's educational application, informal learning and knowledge management and Weibo's relationship between domestic and foreign research results, according to constructivism, group dynamics theory and distributed cognitive theory, from the technology. This paper analyzes the influencing factors of informal learning knowledge management in the four dimensions of motivation, task and environment, and puts forward the framework and research hypothesis of the influencing factors of knowledge management in informal learning community under Weibo environment. According to the conceptual model of knowledge management, the questionnaire of the influencing factors of knowledge management in informal learning community was designed and tested with a small sample. The reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested. On the basis of high reliability and validity, a formal sampling survey was conducted. SPSS software was used to analyze the results of the questionnaire. The data showed that different age, education and occupation had significant influence on knowledge management. On the basis of theoretical research and empirical analysis, this paper puts forward the promotion strategy of knowledge management in informal learning community in Weibo environment, and stimulates the strategy of motivation in spontaneous stage and actively participates in the phase of knowledge management. This paper expounds the three aspects of knowledge innovation strategy in the stage of goal achievement.
