【摘要】：正研究方向高等教育學答辯時間2012年5月從我國現行的教師教育制度看,教師教育目標必須與教育政策相適應,我國教師教育應以培養(yǎng)專家型教師為目標。由于人才培養(yǎng)落腳于素質與行為兩個維度,因而培養(yǎng)專家型教師的問題就是專家型教師的素質標準與行為標準的問題。本研究以新教育政策為背景,綜合運用文獻法、思辨法、質的研究方法、德爾菲法、一般問卷法及統(tǒng)計法等多種研究方法,從專家型教師的素質結構及行為特征與專家型教師的素質標準及行為標準之間的聯系入手,圍繞"專家型教師素
[Abstract]:From the point of view of the current teacher education system in our country, the goal of teacher education must be adapted to the educational policy, and the goal of teacher education in our country should be aimed at the training of expert teachers. Because talent training is based on two dimensions of quality and behavior, the problem of training expert teacher is the problem of quality standard and behavior standard of expert teacher. This research takes the new education policy as the background, synthetically uses the literature method, the speculative method, the qualitative research method, the Delphi method, the general questionnaire method and the statistical method and so on many kinds of research methods. Starting with the relationship between the quality structure and behavior characteristics of expert teachers and the quality standards and behavior standards of expert teachers, this paper focuses on the "expert teacher element".
