【摘要】：在教育學(xué)生的過程中,班主任扮演著舉足輕重的作用,班主任可以直接決定本班的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍及班風(fēng),也可以影響學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)狀態(tài),在給予學(xué)生相應(yīng)的關(guān)心和指導(dǎo)下有著不可替代的作用。在高中生的教育中,由于學(xué)生面臨著高考的壓力,他們在學(xué)習(xí)的過程中難免會(huì)在情緒上有或多或少的波動(dòng),這時(shí)班主任的作用便凸顯了出來,要對學(xué)生的心理健康進(jìn)行正確、積極向上的指導(dǎo),幫助學(xué)生排解壓力和煩惱,從而以更加飽滿的熱情投入到學(xué)習(xí)中。主要針對高中班主任如何有效地進(jìn)行學(xué)生心理健康指導(dǎo)這一問題作了簡要的闡述。
[Abstract]:In the process of educating students, the head teacher plays an important role. The class teacher can directly determine the learning atmosphere and style of the class, and can also affect the learning state of the students. Under the corresponding care and guidance to the students, it has an irreplaceable role. In the education of high school students, because students are under the pressure of the college entrance examination, they inevitably have more or less emotional fluctuations in the process of learning. At this time, the role of the teacher in charge of the class is highlighted, and the students' mental health should be correct. Positive guidance to help students relieve stress and worry, so as to become more enthusiastic into the study. This paper mainly focuses on how to effectively guide the students' mental health.
