團(tuán)體咨詢改善大學(xué)生宿舍人際關(guān)系的效果評價

【摘要】:目的探討團(tuán)體咨詢對改善大學(xué)生宿舍人際關(guān)系的有效性和可行性。方法本研究針對宿舍人際關(guān)系不良的9名大學(xué)生,根據(jù)團(tuán)體咨詢的理論設(shè)計(jì)了6個單元的團(tuán)體咨詢。實(shí)驗(yàn)前后測分別使用大學(xué)生人際關(guān)系綜合診斷量表、交流恐懼自陳量表(PRCA-24)、癥狀自評量表(SCL-90)中人際敏感、抑郁、焦慮、敵對和恐怖3個表進(jìn)行量化分析,同時通過團(tuán)體滿意度評定量表共同判斷團(tuán)體咨詢的效果。團(tuán)輔結(jié)束1個月后對被試予以追蹤調(diào)查。結(jié)果①經(jīng)過6次的團(tuán)體咨詢后,各量表項(xiàng)目表現(xiàn)為明顯改善。人際關(guān)系綜合診斷量表中實(shí)驗(yàn)組實(shí)驗(yàn)前、后在總分、交際與交友、待人接物和交談因子上有顯著性差異(t=3.47,2.64,4.38,2.15;P均0.05),實(shí)驗(yàn)后實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對照組在總分、待人接物和交際與交友因子上有顯著性差異(t=-3.36,-5.52,-2.73;P均0.05);②PRCA-24量表中實(shí)驗(yàn)組實(shí)驗(yàn)前、后在總恐懼、兩人間交談和公眾演講因子上有顯著性差異(t=2.70,2.97,2.84;P均0.01),實(shí)驗(yàn)后實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對照組在總恐懼、兩人間交談和公眾演講因子上有顯著性差異(t=-2.83,-2.88,-3.04;P均0.01);③SCL-90量表中實(shí)驗(yàn)組實(shí)驗(yàn)前、后在人際敏感、恐怖、焦慮和敵對因子上有顯著性差異(t=3.86,3.48,2.46,2.65;P均0.05),實(shí)驗(yàn)后實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對照組在人際敏感、恐怖和敵對因子上有顯著性差異(t=-3.52,-8.97,-2.85;P均0.05)。追蹤評估結(jié)果顯示團(tuán)體咨詢結(jié)束1月后效果依然存在。結(jié)論團(tuán)體咨詢后,大學(xué)生宿舍人際關(guān)系有明顯改善。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effectiveness and feasibility of group counseling in improving interpersonal relationship of college students'dormitory. Methods based on the theory of group counseling, six units of group counseling were designed for 9 college students with poor interpersonal relationship in dormitory. Three scales of interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility and phobia were used for quantitative analysis before and after the experiment. The three scales of interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility and phobia were used in college students' interpersonal relationship comprehensive diagnosis scale (PRCA-24) and symptom Checklist (SCL-90). At the same time, the effectiveness of group counseling was judged by group satisfaction rating scale. A month after the end of Tuanfu, the participants were followed up and investigated. Results 1 after 6 times of group consultation, the items of each scale were obviously improved. Before and after the experiment, there were significant differences in the total score, communication and friends, treatment and conversation factors in the experimental group (t = 3.47, 2.64, 4.38, 2.15). After the experiment, there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the total score, the contact material and the factors of communication and friendship (t = 3.36, P < 0.05, 5.52, P < 0.05, respectively), and there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group (P < 0.05). There were significant differences in total fear, conversation and public speaking factors between the two groups before and after the experiment in the 2PRCA-24 scale (t = 2.70 / 2.97 / 2.84); After the experiment, there were significant differences in total fear, conversation and public speaking factors between the experimental group and the control group (all P 0.01). There were significant differences in interpersonal sensitivity, phobia, anxiety and hostility between the two groups before and after the experiment in the 3SCL-90 scale (t = 3.86, 3.48, 2.46, 2.65). There were significant differences in interpersonal sensitivity, phobia and hostility between the experimental group and the control group (all P 0.05). The results of the tracking evaluation showed that the results of the group consultation still existed one month after the end of the consultation. Conclusion after group consultation, the interpersonal relationship of college students'dormitory is improved obviously.
