團(tuán)體咨詢改善大學(xué)生宿舍人際關(guān)系的效果評價
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effectiveness and feasibility of group counseling in improving interpersonal relationship of college students'dormitory. Methods based on the theory of group counseling, six units of group counseling were designed for 9 college students with poor interpersonal relationship in dormitory. Three scales of interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility and phobia were used for quantitative analysis before and after the experiment. The three scales of interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility and phobia were used in college students' interpersonal relationship comprehensive diagnosis scale (PRCA-24) and symptom Checklist (SCL-90). At the same time, the effectiveness of group counseling was judged by group satisfaction rating scale. A month after the end of Tuanfu, the participants were followed up and investigated. Results 1 after 6 times of group consultation, the items of each scale were obviously improved. Before and after the experiment, there were significant differences in the total score, communication and friends, treatment and conversation factors in the experimental group (t = 3.47, 2.64, 4.38, 2.15). After the experiment, there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the total score, the contact material and the factors of communication and friendship (t = 3.36, P < 0.05, 5.52, P < 0.05, respectively), and there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group (P < 0.05). There were significant differences in total fear, conversation and public speaking factors between the two groups before and after the experiment in the 2PRCA-24 scale (t = 2.70 / 2.97 / 2.84); After the experiment, there were significant differences in total fear, conversation and public speaking factors between the experimental group and the control group (all P 0.01). There were significant differences in interpersonal sensitivity, phobia, anxiety and hostility between the two groups before and after the experiment in the 3SCL-90 scale (t = 3.86, 3.48, 2.46, 2.65). There were significant differences in interpersonal sensitivity, phobia and hostility between the experimental group and the control group (all P 0.05). The results of the tracking evaluation showed that the results of the group consultation still existed one month after the end of the consultation. Conclusion after group consultation, the interpersonal relationship of college students'dormitory is improved obviously.
