【摘要】：近十年來江蘇省義務(wù)教育發(fā)展取得了令人矚目的成績,但在均衡發(fā)展過程中仍然存在著城鄉(xiāng)教育經(jīng)費(fèi)差距大、城鄉(xiāng)師資水平差距大和教育辦學(xué)條件差距明顯等問題,要在2020前完成全省區(qū)域義務(wù)教育優(yōu)質(zhì)均衡的任務(wù),必須對仍然存在的問題進(jìn)行深入探討,分析其存在的原因并找出相應(yīng)對策,以期達(dá)到優(yōu)質(zhì)均衡發(fā)展的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:The development of compulsory education in Jiangsu Province has made remarkable achievements in the past ten years. However, in the process of balanced development, there are still some problems, such as the large gap between urban and rural education funds, the large gap between urban and rural teachers' level and the obvious gap in educational conditions. In order to complete the task of quality balance of compulsory education in the whole province before 2020, we must deeply discuss the problems that still exist, analyze the reasons for their existence and find out the corresponding countermeasures, in order to achieve the goal of high quality balanced development.
