【摘要】：為了更好地貫徹國家教育中長期規(guī)劃中提出的：重點加強農村學校信息基礎建設,縮小城鄉(xiāng)數字化差距的目標,使西部民族地區(qū)的中小學教師和學生都能享受到優(yōu)質的教育資源,方便教師在本地進行資源共享和交流,切實提高數字化資源的應用水平和建立符合地區(qū)特色和需求的數字化平臺是重要的基礎。 筆者結合自己的工作設計制定烏審旗數字化平臺方案,目標是使烏審旗的基礎教育信息化進入到一個全新的發(fā)展階段,設計建設一個能夠有效支撐全旗中小學校及幼兒園實施教學、教研、教師繼續(xù)教育、學校管理、家�；拥臄底只逃脚_；推進教育教學方法、教師繼續(xù)教育、教育管理創(chuàng)新。具體內容包括：實現面向服務的統一門戶、統一認證、統一數據。為教師、學生、家長、教育機構人員等用戶提供統一的教育教學應用支撐,更好地整合信息技術資源,從而提升中小學教師和學生的信息技術能力,縮小烏審旗城鄉(xiāng)數字化差距,加強與發(fā)達地區(qū)的數字化交流,在一定程度上縮小與發(fā)達在數字資源應用方面的差距。 全文共分五部分,在說明選題背景和相關指導理論的基礎上,通過對構建數字化信息平臺的需求分析,闡明構建數字化平臺的整體架構、運用環(huán)境、主要技術指標、結構和功能,應用軟件工程的開發(fā)思想、網絡編程技術構建網絡平臺,并進行小范圍的試用,通過專家、教師等應用評價,最后是簡要的總結和展望。

The author combines his own work design to make the digital platform scheme of Wu-sheng Banner, the goal is to make the basic education information of Wu-sheng Banner enter a new stage of development. The concrete content includes: realize the service-oriented unified portal, unify the authentication, unify the data.
