烏審旗數字化教育平臺需求分析及平臺的設計

【摘要】:為了更好地貫徹國家教育中長期規(guī)劃中提出的:重點加強農村學校信息基礎建設,縮小城鄉(xiāng)數字化差距的目標,使西部民族地區(qū)的中小學教師和學生都能享受到優(yōu)質的教育資源,方便教師在本地進行資源共享和交流,切實提高數字化資源的應用水平和建立符合地區(qū)特色和需求的數字化平臺是重要的基礎。 筆者結合自己的工作設計制定烏審旗數字化平臺方案,目標是使烏審旗的基礎教育信息化進入到一個全新的發(fā)展階段,設計建設一個能夠有效支撐全旗中小學校及幼兒園實施教學、教研、教師繼續(xù)教育、學校管理、家;拥臄底只逃脚_;推進教育教學方法、教師繼續(xù)教育、教育管理創(chuàng)新。具體內容包括:實現面向服務的統一門戶、統一認證、統一數據。為教師、學生、家長、教育機構人員等用戶提供統一的教育教學應用支撐,更好地整合信息技術資源,從而提升中小學教師和學生的信息技術能力,縮小烏審旗城鄉(xiāng)數字化差距,加強與發(fā)達地區(qū)的數字化交流,在一定程度上縮小與發(fā)達在數字資源應用方面的差距。 全文共分五部分,在說明選題背景和相關指導理論的基礎上,通過對構建數字化信息平臺的需求分析,闡明構建數字化平臺的整體架構、運用環(huán)境、主要技術指標、結構和功能,應用軟件工程的開發(fā)思想、網絡編程技術構建網絡平臺,并進行小范圍的試用,通過專家、教師等應用評價,最后是簡要的總結和展望。
[Abstract]:In order to better implement the goal of strengthening the information infrastructure of rural schools and narrowing the digital gap between urban and rural areas, To enable teachers and students in primary and secondary schools in the western minority areas to enjoy high-quality educational resources, and to facilitate teachers to share and exchange resources locally, It is an important foundation to improve the application level of digital resources and to establish a digital platform that conforms to the regional characteristics and needs. The author combines his own work design to make the digital platform scheme of Wu-sheng Banner, the goal is to make the basic education information of Wu-sheng Banner enter a new stage of development. Design and construction of a digital education platform that can effectively support the implementation of teaching, teaching and research, teachers' continuing education, school management, home and school interaction in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens; Promote teaching methods, teachers continue education, education and management innovation. The concrete content includes: realize the service-oriented unified portal, unify the authentication, unify the data. For teachers, students, parents, educational personnel and other users to provide unified education and teaching application support, better integration of information technology resources, thereby improving the ability of primary and secondary school teachers and students information technology, To narrow the digital gap between urban and rural areas, to strengthen the digital communication with developed areas, and to narrow the gap between the developed and the developed in the application of digital resources to a certain extent. The paper is divided into five parts. On the basis of explaining the background of the selected topic and the relevant guiding theory, through the analysis of the needs of the construction of the digital information platform, this paper expounds the overall structure of the construction of the digital platform, the application of the environment, the main technical indicators. The structure and function, the development thought of application software engineering, the network programming technology to construct the network platform, and carry on the small range trial, through the expert, the teacher and so on application appraisal, finally is the brief summary and the prospect.
