青少年網絡生活及其與學校心理處境、心理適應的關系

【摘要】:網絡作為當代青少年生活、學習的重要組成部分,受到了越來越多的青少年的親睞和喜愛,它的地位在青少年日常生活中越來越重要。隨著青少年網民數(shù)量的增加,青少年的網絡問題一直以來是國內外心理學工作者研究的重點。青少年正處于心理上和生理上的巨大變化,網絡生活的好壞必然會影響他們的身心發(fā)展,甚至會對他們的心理適應造成不良的影響。 本研究從青少年網絡生活出發(fā),以在校青少年為被試,結合國內外有關網絡問題的研究,采用文獻分析,開放式問卷等方法初步編制了當代青少年網絡生活問卷,經過項目分析、探索性因素分析和驗證性因素分析探討當代青少年網絡生活的結構。在此基礎上來研究當代青少年的整體網絡生活情況和其對學校心理處境、孤獨感、抑郁、生活滿意度的預測效應,并考察青少年學校心理處境在其網絡生活和孤獨感、抑郁、生活滿意度之間的調節(jié)效應。 根據調查和分析,本研究獲得如下結論: (1)當代青少年網絡生活問卷包括:網絡自我效能感、網絡游戲情感、網絡依賴行為和網絡購物態(tài)度4個維度,18個項目。編制的問卷具有較好的信效度指標。 (2)不同人口學變量的青少年在網絡生活的網絡自我效能感、網絡游戲情感和網絡依賴行為維度上存在顯著差異。A、男生在網絡自我效能感、網絡游戲情感和網絡依賴行為上的得分均高于女生。B、初中男生的網絡自我效能感高于高中男生;對網絡游戲的喜愛程度高于高中男生。C、相對農村青少年而言,城市青少年的網絡自我效能較高,對游戲的喜愛程度較高,更容易對網絡產生依賴,對網絡購物的態(tài)度更積極。D、獨生子女比非獨生子女的網絡自我效能高,對游戲的喜愛程度高,對網絡產生依賴大,對網絡購物的態(tài)度更積極。E、父母親的學歷越高,青少年的網絡自我效能感越高;父母親的學歷越高,青少年更熱衷于網絡游戲,更容易對網絡形成依賴; (3)青少年網絡生活對學校心理處境、孤獨感、抑郁、生活滿意度均有顯著的預測作用,,其中網絡依賴行為對青少年的影響最大;學校心理處境對青少年的孤獨感、抑郁、生活滿意度均有顯著預測作用。 (4)學校心理處境在青少年網絡生活和孤獨感、抑郁、生活滿意度之間具有顯著的調節(jié)作用。
[Abstract]:As an important part of contemporary teenagers' life and study, the Internet has been favored and loved by more and more teenagers, and its status is becoming more and more important in the daily life of teenagers. With the increase of the number of Internet users, the network problem of teenagers has always been the focus of psychologists at home and abroad. Teenagers are in the great changes of psychology and physiology, the quality of network life will inevitably affect their physical and mental development, and even their psychological adaptation will have a negative impact. Based on the online life of teenagers, this study, taking the teenagers in school as subjects, combined with the research of network problems at home and abroad, using the methods of literature analysis, open questionnaire and so on, has preliminarily compiled the online life questionnaire for contemporary teenagers. Through project analysis, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, the structure of contemporary youth online life is discussed. On this basis, this paper studies the overall online life of contemporary teenagers and its predictive effects on school psychological situation, loneliness, depression and life satisfaction, and examines the psychological situation of teenagers in their online life and loneliness, depression, and so on. The moderating effect between life satisfaction. According to the investigation and analysis, the following conclusions are obtained: (1) the online life questionnaire of contemporary adolescents includes four dimensions: online self-efficacy, online game emotion, online dependent behavior and online shopping attitude, and 18 items. The questionnaire has good reliability and validity. (2) adolescents with different demographic variables have a sense of online self-efficacy in their online life. There are significant differences between online game emotion and online dependent behavior. A-, male students have higher scores on online self-efficacy, online game emotion and online dependent behavior than girls. B, junior middle school boys have a higher sense of online self-efficacy than high school boys; Compared with the rural teenagers, urban teenagers have higher self-efficacy and more love of games, so they are more likely to rely on the network. The only child has higher online self-efficacy, more love of games, more dependence on the network, and more positive attitude towards online shopping. The higher the online self-efficacy of teenagers; the higher their parents' educational background, the more keen they are on online games and more likely to become dependent on the Internet. (3) Adolescent online life is more sensitive to school psychological situation, loneliness, depression, and so on. Life satisfaction had significant predictive effects, among which internet dependent behavior had the greatest influence on adolescents, school psychological situation had great influence on adolescents' loneliness and depression. Life satisfaction had significant predictive effect. (4) School psychological situation had a significant regulatory effect between online life, loneliness, depression and life satisfaction.
