基于Claroline的中小學(xué)教師教育技術(shù)能力混合式培訓(xùn)的設(shè)計(jì)與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:隨著《國(guó)家中長(zhǎng)期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2010-2020)》的頒布,綱要中著重強(qiáng)調(diào)了繼續(xù)推進(jìn)農(nóng)村中小學(xué)遠(yuǎn)程教育,使農(nóng)村和邊遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)師生能夠享受優(yōu)質(zhì)教育資源。在推進(jìn)遠(yuǎn)程教育的過程中,有一種好的教學(xué)方法是集網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)和課堂學(xué)習(xí)的優(yōu)勢(shì)于一體,被稱為混合式學(xué)習(xí)。這樣的學(xué)習(xí)方法既能夠集中優(yōu)質(zhì)的學(xué)習(xí)資源的優(yōu)點(diǎn),同時(shí)也具備了課堂學(xué)習(xí)中師生交流感情的優(yōu)勢(shì)。 Claroline是一個(gè)開源的網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程系統(tǒng),具有方便的安裝,簡(jiǎn)潔利索的功能等特點(diǎn),在中小教師培訓(xùn)中具有獨(dú)特的優(yōu)勢(shì),如何以平臺(tái)為基礎(chǔ),整合各種資源,充分發(fā)揮混合式培訓(xùn)的特點(diǎn)以提高中小學(xué)教師教育技術(shù)能力的培訓(xùn)成為一項(xiàng)非常有意義的課題。 本文共分為5章: 第1章為緒論部分,該章闡述了中小學(xué)教師教育技術(shù)能力培訓(xùn)的研究背景及問題的提出、混合式培訓(xùn)的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、Claroline的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究目的和意義,以及本文的研究?jī)?nèi)容和方法。 第2章為相關(guān)理論與技術(shù)概述部分,,該章對(duì)教師學(xué)習(xí)理論、教師專業(yè)發(fā)展理論、混合式學(xué)習(xí)的理論基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行了相關(guān)闡述,并對(duì)Claroline的教學(xué)特性和功能進(jìn)行了分析。 第3章為基于Claroline的混合式培訓(xùn)的設(shè)計(jì)部分,也是本文的主體部分,這部分不僅僅包括培訓(xùn)前期的分析,分別為學(xué)習(xí)者分析、學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)分析、學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容分析、培訓(xùn)要素分析,而且包括了培訓(xùn)組織形式,培訓(xùn)活動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì),培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容設(shè)計(jì)以及培訓(xùn)評(píng)價(jià)設(shè)計(jì)。 第4章為基于Claroline的混合式培訓(xùn)的應(yīng)用部分,包括Claroline培訓(xùn)平臺(tái)搭建,培訓(xùn)的三個(gè)階段的流程,基于Claroline的混合式培訓(xùn)的應(yīng)用案例,以及專題和方案的應(yīng)用效果分析。 第5章為研究結(jié)論及問題,該章包括研究結(jié)論、本研究的局限性和今后的研究方向。 本文是在自主的搭建Claroline平臺(tái)之上,結(jié)合混合式學(xué)習(xí)模式的優(yōu)勢(shì),構(gòu)建基于Claroline平臺(tái)的混合式培訓(xùn),解決中小學(xué)教師教育技術(shù)能力培訓(xùn)中存在的突出問題,主要利用文獻(xiàn)研究法、行動(dòng)研究法和實(shí)驗(yàn)觀察法,最終能夠證實(shí)混合式培訓(xùn)能夠非常好的支持教師培訓(xùn)的實(shí)施, Claroline平臺(tái)能夠非常好的支持教師培訓(xùn)的實(shí)施以及基于Claroline平臺(tái)的混合式培訓(xùn)流程適用于教師培訓(xùn)。
[Abstract]:With the promulgation of the outline of the National medium and long term Education Reform and Development Program (2010-2020), emphasis is placed on continuing to promote distance education in rural primary and secondary schools so as to enable teachers and students in rural and remote areas to enjoy high-quality educational resources. In the process of promoting distance education, there is a good teaching method which integrates the advantages of network learning and classroom learning, and is called hybrid learning. This learning method not only can concentrate the advantages of high-quality learning resources, but also has the advantage of exchanging feelings between teachers and students in classroom learning. Claroline is an open source web-based course system with convenient installation. The features of simplicity and simplicity have unique advantages in the training of middle and small school teachers. How to integrate all kinds of resources based on the platform, It is a very meaningful subject to give full play to the characteristics of mixed training in order to improve the educational technical ability of primary and secondary school teachers. This paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction part. This chapter describes the research background and problems of primary and secondary school teachers' educational technical ability training, the research status of hybrid training at home and abroad, the research status of Claroline at home and abroad. The purpose and significance of the research, as well as the contents and methods of this paper. Chapter 2 is an overview of relevant theories and techniques. This chapter describes the theory of teacher learning, the theory of teacher professional development and the theoretical basis of hybrid learning, and analyzes the teaching characteristics and functions of Claroline. Chapter 3 is the design part of hybrid training based on Claroline and the main part of this paper. This part not only includes pre-training analysis, but also includes learner analysis, learning goal analysis, learning content analysis, training element analysis. And includes the training organization form, the training activity design, the training content design and the training appraisal design. Chapter 4 is the application part of hybrid training based on Claroline, including the construction of Claroline training platform, the process of three stages of training, the application case of hybrid training based on Claroline, and the analysis of the application effect of the project and the scheme. Chapter 5 is the conclusion and problem of the research. This chapter includes the conclusion, the limitation of this study and the research direction in the future. Based on the Claroline platform and the advantages of hybrid learning model, this paper constructs the hybrid training based on Claroline platform to solve the outstanding problems in the training of primary and secondary school teachers' educational technology ability, mainly using the literature research method. Action research and experimental observation, Finally, it can be proved that hybrid training can support the implementation of teacher training very well, Claroline platform can support the implementation of teacher training very well, and the hybrid training process based on Claroline platform can be applied to teacher training.
