高中化學教師職業(yè)倦怠現狀調查研究
[Abstract]:As a high school chemistry teacher, I have experienced the changes of students and teachers in the past 10 years. I am full of confidence and tired, and some teachers are looking forward to retiring. In order to deeply understand the current situation of chemical teachers' job burnout, dig out the causes of job burnout, help teachers improve the quality of life, but also help improve the teaching level of chemistry in senior high school, I began to walk the path of this study. In this study, three questionnaires were designed to study the composition, job burnout and influencing factors of chemistry teachers in Changning district of Shanghai. Within the limits of energy, 30 subjects were selected. The results show that the overall degree of job burnout is not high; relatively speaking, male teachers are more burnout than female teachers; married teachers with children are more tired but more motivated to work; Teachers with 6 to 10 years of teaching age had higher degree of job burnout; among different schools, private high school teachers had the highest degree of job burnout, followed by city key senior high school teachers; The lower the salary, the higher the degree of job burnout. Among the factors causing teachers' job burnout, the low income of teachers is the main reason. Other important reasons include: working long hours, worrying about exam results, spending a lot of time on a small number of students who don't attach importance to chemistry, taking on multiple responsibilities to students, and having difficulty dealing with the multiple roles in work and life. Professional development is restricted, etc. The interview with a female teacher gives me a more detailed understanding of the growing process of chemistry teachers. Realize that job burnout is phased and can be alleviated in many ways. In order to alleviate the high school chemistry teachers' job burnout, the society, school and teachers should work together. The sense of professional honor and treatment of teachers should be further improved. Schools should set up learning organizations which are more suitable for teachers' all-round development and teachers themselves should pay more attention to their professional development and balance the relationship between career and family.
