【摘要】：中國(guó)現(xiàn)代百年教育有巨大進(jìn)步和成績(jī),也有不足。主要弊端有三:重知識(shí)技能訓(xùn)練,輕人格道德熏陶;重理工知識(shí)傳授,輕人文素養(yǎng)培育,沒(méi)有中華經(jīng)典訓(xùn)練;實(shí)行工程監(jiān)管為特征的量化規(guī)范管理,用項(xiàng)目課題帶動(dòng)教學(xué)科研,個(gè)性不能彰顯。其后果是培養(yǎng)出大批發(fā)育不良的人,一沒(méi)有道德魂,二短少中國(guó)心,三缺乏創(chuàng)造力。針對(duì)上述狀況,教育要認(rèn)真反思。學(xué)校教育擔(dān)負(fù)著傳承民族文化的責(zé)任,要恢復(fù)中華經(jīng)典的系統(tǒng)學(xué)習(xí),使之正式進(jìn)入大中小學(xué)教學(xué)體系。學(xué)習(xí)孔子,重視人格養(yǎng)成,樹(shù)立人的尊嚴(yán)。運(yùn)用儒家道德資源,弘揚(yáng)中華傳統(tǒng)美德。學(xué)習(xí)儒家教育智慧,更新教書(shū)育人方式:一是因材施教,破格選優(yōu);二是啟發(fā)式教學(xué),培養(yǎng)學(xué)生創(chuàng)造力;三是教學(xué)相長(zhǎng),開(kāi)啟學(xué)生的智慧之門(mén)。
[Abstract]:China's modern 100-year education has made great progress and achievements, but also inadequate. There are three main drawbacks: attaching importance to the training of knowledge and skills, not to the cultivation of personality and morality; to the imparting of knowledge to science and technology, to the cultivation of cultural literacy, and to the absence of Chinese classical training; to carry out the quantitative and normative management characterized by engineering supervision, and to promote teaching and research with projects. Personality doesn't show. Its consequence is to cultivate a large number of stunted people, one without moral soul, two short of Chinese heart, three lack of creativity. In view of the above situation, education should seriously reflect. School education is responsible for inheriting the national culture. It is necessary to restore the classical Chinese systematic learning and make it formally enter the teaching system of primary and secondary schools. Learn Confucius, attach importance to the cultivation of personality, establish human dignity. Use Confucian moral resources to carry forward Chinese traditional virtues. To learn the wisdom of Confucian education and renew the ways of teaching and educating people: first, to teach students according to their aptitude and to select the best; second, to cultivate students' creativity through heuristic teaching; third, to teach each other well, and to open the door of students' wisdom.
