【摘要】：以計(jì)算機(jī)多媒體技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)、多媒體控制技術(shù)為代表的新技術(shù)不斷更新,現(xiàn)代化教學(xué)方法也隨之發(fā)展。校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)應(yīng)用的逐步普及,對(duì)學(xué)校多媒體教學(xué)提出了新的需求,即學(xué)校如何在多媒體教學(xué)應(yīng)用的基礎(chǔ)上,將傳統(tǒng)模擬節(jié)目資源轉(zhuǎn)換成為網(wǎng)絡(luò)上可供隨意點(diǎn)播的資源,并且能夠簡(jiǎn)單方便的進(jìn)行操作。隨著現(xiàn)代化教學(xué)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,多媒體課件得到了廣泛應(yīng)用,傳統(tǒng)的示范課堂、教學(xué)技能訓(xùn)練和教學(xué)評(píng)估以及信息化教學(xué)中的遠(yuǎn)程教學(xué)等,都需要采取一定形式把課堂教學(xué)過(guò)程或者講義圖像錄制下來(lái),真實(shí)還原課堂,并作為精品課程資源,以迎合教育部提出的“精品課程”建設(shè)。“精品課程"建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的提出,有利于提高學(xué)校的教學(xué)質(zhì)量和人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量。應(yīng)用先進(jìn)的教育錄播系統(tǒng),將課堂實(shí)況、教師課件,按照課程進(jìn)度錄制,并以此建立共享資源庫(kù),方便了校際間的課程交流,知識(shí)的傳播也變得簡(jiǎn)單易行。教師在授課過(guò)程中,既要保證課堂質(zhì)量,又要對(duì)多媒體課件進(jìn)行同步錄制,既要得到高清晰度的視頻文件,又要快速、方便的生成課件,因此,操作流程的簡(jiǎn)單化和智能化成為一種新的需求。 在這一新的需求條件下,教育錄播系統(tǒng)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的推廣和普及勢(shì)在必行。本教育錄播系統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目通過(guò)VGA信號(hào)的實(shí)時(shí)采集壓縮,采用先進(jìn)的圖像識(shí)別跟蹤技術(shù),支持高清畫(huà)面直播且音、視頻精確同步,能夠真實(shí)還原教師授課和師生的課堂互動(dòng)場(chǎng)景,同時(shí)可以將黑板板書(shū)、講義等制作成多媒體教學(xué)課件,供教師互相觀摩學(xué)習(xí)和學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)。 本文主要探討錄播系統(tǒng)在項(xiàng)目管理下的建設(shè)實(shí)施,從錄播系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)原則、關(guān)鍵技術(shù)及客戶需求入手,通過(guò)分析項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境,結(jié)合項(xiàng)目管理的相關(guān)知識(shí),針對(duì)錄播系統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目建設(shè)中的組織機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)置和人員管理等問(wèn)題,探討項(xiàng)目管理模式下錄播系統(tǒng)的建設(shè),利用項(xiàng)目管理方法和理論,對(duì)本項(xiàng)目的具體方案、實(shí)施進(jìn)程、存在的問(wèn)題及質(zhì)量控制、成本控制、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制等進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì),在理論結(jié)合實(shí)際的原則下,使整個(gè)系統(tǒng)能夠協(xié)調(diào)一致,達(dá)到錄播系統(tǒng)順利運(yùn)行的目的。
[Abstract]:The new technology, represented by computer multimedia technology, network technology and multimedia control technology, is constantly updated, and modern teaching methods are also developed. With the gradual popularization of campus network applications, a new demand is put forward for multimedia teaching in schools, that is, how to transform the traditional analog program resources into the resources available on the network for random demand on the basis of multimedia teaching applications. And can be simple and convenient to operate. With the further development of modern teaching, multimedia courseware has been widely used, such as traditional demonstration class, teaching skill training and teaching evaluation, and distance teaching in information teaching, etc. It is necessary to take some form to record the teaching process or handout images, to restore the classroom, and to serve as an excellent course resource in order to meet the construction of the "excellent course" put forward by the Ministry of Education. The construction project of "excellent course" is propitious to improve the teaching quality and talent training quality of the school. By using the advanced educational recording and broadcasting system, the classroom reality and teacher courseware are recorded according to the course schedule, and the shared resources database is established, which facilitates the exchange of courses between schools, and the dissemination of knowledge becomes simple and easy. In the course of teaching, teachers should not only guarantee the classroom quality, but also record the multimedia courseware synchronously. They should not only obtain high definition video files, but also produce courseware quickly and conveniently. The simplification and intelligence of operation flow has become a new demand. Under this new demand condition, it is imperative to popularize and popularize the construction project of educational recording and broadcasting system. This educational recording and broadcasting system project adopts the advanced image recognition and tracking technology through the real-time collection and compression of VGA signal, supports the high-definition picture live broadcast and the audio and video accurate synchronization, can truly restore the teacher teaching and the classroom interactive scene of teachers and students. At the same time, blackboard writing, handouts and so on can be made into multimedia teaching courseware for teachers to observe each other and students to learn independently. This paper mainly discusses the construction and implementation of video and broadcast system under project management, starting with the design principles, key technologies and customer requirements of the system, through analyzing the internal and external environment of the project construction, combining with the relevant knowledge of project management. Aiming at the problems of organization setting and personnel management in the project construction of video and broadcast system, this paper discusses the construction of the recording and broadcasting system under the project management mode, and makes use of the project management method and theory to carry out the concrete scheme and implementation process of the project. The existing problems and quality control, cost control, risk control and so on are planned and designed in detail. Under the principle of combining theory with practice, the whole system can be coordinated and consistent to achieve the purpose of smooth operation of the recording and broadcasting system.
