【摘要】:正一、問題的提出《國(guó)家中長(zhǎng)期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2010-2020年)》指出:建立健全政府主導(dǎo)、社會(huì)參與的農(nóng)村留守兒童關(guān)愛服務(wù)體系和動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)機(jī)制,加快農(nóng)村寄宿制學(xué)校建設(shè),優(yōu)先滿足留守兒童住宿需求。《四川省民族地區(qū)教育發(fā)展十年行動(dòng)計(jì)劃(2011-2020年)》也指出:根據(jù)民族地區(qū)自然地理
