【摘要】：新課改教師教育科研備受重視,但十年過去,教師對教育科研仍存阻抗。導(dǎo)致阻抗的原因是多方面的,其中之一是教育科研難以產(chǎn)生"實效",科研不見實效的原因是教師在"做著"與其身份不相適配的教育科研活動。教師教育科研應(yīng)"以我為本",持"實踐取向",圍繞自身教學(xué)實踐中存在的問題開展研究。
[Abstract]:The research of new curriculum reform teachers ' educational research has been paid much attention , but in the past ten years , teachers still have impedance to education scientific research . One of them is that the education and scientific research is difficult to produce " real effect " . The reason for the lack of effectiveness of scientific research is that teachers are " doing " educational research activities that are not compatible with their identities . Teachers ' educational research should " take me as the book " and " practice orientation " to study the problems existing in teaching practice .
