網(wǎng)絡環(huán)境下遠程學習者學習力提升策略研究

【摘要】:隨著國家明確要構(gòu)建學習型社會、促進大眾進行終生學習方針的提出,,終生學習和泛在學習成為信息時代的第一需要。在信息化社會中信息技術推動著學習從內(nèi)容到形式的變化,技術對學習的支持引起了人們的廣泛關注,技術支持的學習成為了人們學習的主要方式,學會在技術環(huán)境下的學習也成為了構(gòu)建學習型社會必須解決的首要問題。網(wǎng)絡遠程教育可以實現(xiàn)優(yōu)質(zhì)教育資源的共享,擴大教育的規(guī)模,可以滿足學習型社會建設中眾多學習者的學習需求。隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的普及,網(wǎng)絡遠程教育和網(wǎng)絡學習將會成為大眾學習的主要方式,在網(wǎng)絡環(huán)境下遠程學習者如何學會學習、如何提高學習效果成為關注的焦點。學習力是學習者學習能力和情感態(tài)度的綜合體現(xiàn),它直接影響著學習者如何學習、學習的持久性及學習效果等,因而如何在網(wǎng)絡環(huán)境下提升學習者學習力就成為本文的關注所在。 基于這樣的認識,本文對學習力的概念內(nèi)涵和構(gòu)成要素做了詳細的梳理,并在此基礎上提出了筆者的觀點,與此同時分析了網(wǎng)絡環(huán)境下學習力的特點,學習力與網(wǎng)絡學習活動、網(wǎng)絡學習環(huán)境的關系;從網(wǎng)絡環(huán)境下學習者的學習意識、學習態(tài)度、學習能力等方面,開展了網(wǎng)絡環(huán)境下遠程學習者學習力現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查分析,在此基礎上結(jié)合文獻提出了提升學習力的相關策略、模式,最后得出了以下結(jié)論:(1)提升網(wǎng)絡環(huán)境下遠程學習者學習力,就是要讓遠程學習者掌握網(wǎng)絡環(huán)境下的各種學習基礎知識、提高各種網(wǎng)絡學習能力、形成在網(wǎng)絡環(huán)境下學習的情感、態(tài)度,最終使網(wǎng)絡環(huán)境下的學習者形成一種可以自發(fā)進行開展學習,克服學習困難的本質(zhì)力量。(2)提升遠程學習者學習力從學習力構(gòu)成的不同要素層次入手,對不同的構(gòu)成要素采取不同的措施。(3)網(wǎng)絡環(huán)境下學習力的提升可以按照三個階段采取不同層次的提升策略來循序漸進的實施。(4)網(wǎng)絡環(huán)境下學習力的提升就是要克服各種制約學習力提升的因素,借助學習力提升的各項支撐要素,從宏觀、中觀、微觀三個層面上提出了學習力提升的策略。
[Abstract]:As the state clearly wants to build a learning society and promote the public's lifelong learning policy, lifelong learning and ubiquitous learning are the first needs of the information age. In the information society, information technology promotes learning from content to form, and the support of technology to learning has aroused wide attention and technical support. Learning as the main way for people to learn, learning to learn in the technical environment has become the first problem to be solved in the construction of a learning society. Network distance education can realize the sharing of high quality education resources, expand the scale of education, and meet the learning needs of many learners in the construction of learning society. Popularization, network distance education and network learning will become the main way of public learning. In the network environment, the distance learners learn how to learn. How to improve the learning effect is the focus of attention. Learning ability is the comprehensive embodiment of the learning ability and emotional attitude of the learners. It directly affects the learners' learning and the persistence of learning. Therefore, how to improve learners' learning ability under the network environment has become the focus of this article.
Based on this understanding, this paper makes a detailed combing of the concept and elements of learning power, and puts forward the author's views on this basis. At the same time, it analyzes the characteristics of learning ability in the network environment, the learning ability and network learning activities, the relationship between the learning environment of the network and the learning consciousness of the learners in the network environment. The investigation and analysis of the learning ability of distance learners in the network environment are carried out in the aspects of learning attitude, learning ability and so on. On this basis, the relevant strategies and models of improving learning ability are put forward on the basis of the literature. Finally, the following conclusions are drawn: (1) improving the learning ability of remote learners in the network environment is to make the distance learners master the network ring. All kinds of learning basic knowledge under the environment, improve the ability of various network learning, form the emotion and attitude of learning under the network environment, and finally make the learners in the network environment form a kind of essential force that can carry out the study spontaneously and overcome the learning difficulties. (2) improve the learning power of the distance learners from the different levels of learning ability. Start with different measures for different components. (3) the promotion of learning ability in the network environment can be carried out step by step at different levels according to the three stages. (4) the promotion of learning ability in the network environment is to overcome the factors restricting the improvement of learning ability and support the support of the improvement of learning ability. From the macro, meso and micro levels, three strategies are proposed to improve learning ability.
