【摘要】：目的了解醫(yī)學(xué)院新生自殺意念的發(fā)生情況及其與人格特征的關(guān)系。方法以整群隨機(jī)抽樣的方法對(duì)上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院2007級(jí)8個(gè)專業(yè)的675名新生進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。調(diào)查內(nèi)容包括一般情況(性別、年齡、所學(xué)專業(yè)、生源)和卡特爾16種個(gè)性特征量表(16PF)的人格測(cè)定,并通過(guò)單因素分析和多因素Logistic回歸模型篩選出有自殺意念者的主要人格特征。結(jié)果 9名(1.33%)醫(yī)學(xué)院新生有自殺意念,666名新生無(wú)自殺意念。有自殺意念者與無(wú)自殺意念者的性別、專業(yè)、生源差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。有自殺意念者的聰慧性、穩(wěn)定性、有恒性、心理健康因素、專業(yè)有成就個(gè)性因素5個(gè)因子得分均顯著低于無(wú)自殺意念者,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05或P0.01);而懷疑性、憂慮性、緊張性、適應(yīng)與焦慮型4個(gè)因子的得分顯著高于無(wú)自殺意念者,差異也有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。多因素Logistic回歸分析顯示,聰慧性和穩(wěn)定性人格與自殺意念呈負(fù)相關(guān)(β=-0.46,P=0.04;β=-0.23,P=0.02);懷疑性人格與自殺意念呈正相關(guān)(β=0.30,P=0.02)。結(jié)論懷疑性人格是醫(yī)學(xué)院新生產(chǎn)生自殺意念的危險(xiǎn)因素,而聰慧性和穩(wěn)定性人格是預(yù)防其自殺意念發(fā)生的保護(hù)因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the incidence of suicidal ideation and the relationship between suicide ideation and personality. Methods A cluster random sampling method was used to investigate 675 freshmen of 2007 majors in Shanghai Jiaotong University Medical College. The contents of the survey included the personality measurements of the general situation (sex, age, major, student origin) and Cattell's 16 Personality traits scale (Cattell's 16 Personality traits). The main personality characteristics of the patients with suicidal ideation were screened by univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression model. Results 9 freshmen had suicidal ideation and 666 freshmen had no suicidal ideation. There was no significant difference in sex, specialty and students between patients with suicidal ideation and those without suicidal ideation (P 0.05). The scores of intelligence, stability, persistence, mental health, professional achievement and personality in patients with suicidal ideation were significantly lower than those without suicidal ideation (P 0.05 or P 0.01), while those with suspicion, anxiety and tension were significantly lower than those without suicide ideation. The scores of four factors of adaptation and anxiety were significantly higher than those without suicidal ideation, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.01). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that intelligence and stable personality were negatively correlated with suicidal ideation (尾 -0.46, P 0.04, 尾 -0.23, P < 0.02), and suspected personality was positively correlated with suicidal ideation (尾 0.30, P < 0.02). Conclusion the suspicious personality is the risk factor of suicidal ideation in medical college freshmen, while the intelligent and stable personality is the protective factor to prevent the occurrence of suicidal ideation.
