【摘要】：在線輔導(dǎo)技術(shù)應(yīng)用的效果是影響網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)效果的重要因素之一。在實踐中,我國輔導(dǎo)教師尚缺少在線輔導(dǎo)技術(shù)選擇、設(shè)計和支持方法層面的明確指導(dǎo)。本文旨在明確輔導(dǎo)教師的技術(shù)角色定位,分析和探討在線輔導(dǎo)技術(shù)選擇、設(shè)計和支持的原則和方法。文章分為四個部分:第一部分明確在線輔導(dǎo)技術(shù)的選擇和設(shè)計在網(wǎng)絡(luò)在線輔導(dǎo)中的重要性,介紹輔導(dǎo)教師的技術(shù)職能;第二部分介紹網(wǎng)絡(luò)在線輔導(dǎo)技術(shù)選擇與支持的一般原則和方法以及同步在線輔導(dǎo)和異步在線輔導(dǎo)情境下技術(shù)的選擇;第三部分和第四部分分別介紹同步和異步在線輔導(dǎo)技術(shù)的設(shè)計和支持。期望本文能夠為輔導(dǎo)教師網(wǎng)絡(luò)在線輔導(dǎo)技術(shù)選擇、設(shè)計和支持方面提供指導(dǎo)和借鑒。
[Abstract]:The effect of online tutoring technology is one of the important factors that affect the effect of online learning. In practice, Chinese tutoring teachers still lack clear guidance on the selection of online tutoring techniques, design and support methods. The purpose of this paper is to define the technical role of tutoring teachers, and to analyze and discuss the principles and methods of choosing, designing and supporting online tutoring techniques. The article is divided into four parts: the first part defines the importance of online tutoring technology selection and design, and introduces the technical functions of tutoring teachers; The second part introduces the general principles and methods of online tutoring technology selection and support, and the selection of technology in the context of synchronous online tutoring and asynchronous online tutoring. The third part and the fourth part introduce the design and support of synchronous and asynchronous online tutoring technology respectively. It is expected that this paper can provide guidance and reference for online tutoring technology selection, design and support.
