【摘要】:21世紀(jì)是知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的時(shí)代,很多人把學(xué)習(xí)看作提升生活質(zhì)量和實(shí)現(xiàn)個(gè)人價(jià)值的終身追求,終身學(xué)習(xí)也已成為一個(gè)國(guó)家、一個(gè)組織、一個(gè)團(tuán)體、個(gè)人知識(shí)更新和創(chuàng)新能力提升的法寶。非正式學(xué)習(xí)是終身學(xué)習(xí)的一部分,沒(méi)有非正式學(xué)習(xí)形式,終身學(xué)習(xí)就不可能得以實(shí)現(xiàn)。非正式學(xué)習(xí)的興起,推動(dòng)了非正式學(xué)習(xí)共同體的誕生。在非正式學(xué)習(xí)共同體內(nèi),學(xué)習(xí)者之問(wèn)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)、情感、知識(shí)(特別是隱性知識(shí))等的共享,對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)者的發(fā)展十分重要。非正式學(xué)習(xí)共同體的成功與否,與整個(gè)共同體內(nèi)的知識(shí)共享程度緊密相關(guān)。然而,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)共享知識(shí)和經(jīng)驗(yàn),真正對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)者起到不可或缺的發(fā)展作用的非式學(xué)習(xí)共同體還不多。對(duì)非正式學(xué)習(xí)共同體知識(shí)共享機(jī)制進(jìn)行研究,具有重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)價(jià)值。 本文研究遵循“理論研究——過(guò)程研究——機(jī)制設(shè)計(jì)——機(jī)制實(shí)現(xiàn)”的基本思路,除第1章“緒論”及第6章“總結(jié)與展望”外,本文主體共分為4章。 第2章:非正式學(xué)習(xí)共同體知識(shí)共享的研究基礎(chǔ)。通過(guò)對(duì)非正式學(xué)習(xí)與學(xué)習(xí)共同體相關(guān)內(nèi)涵的梳理,分析了非正式學(xué)習(xí)共同體的含義、要素、特點(diǎn)、成因,對(duì)非正式學(xué)習(xí)共同體的理論基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行了介紹,包括社會(huì)建構(gòu)主義、情境認(rèn)知理論、群體動(dòng)力理論、交往行為理論、合作學(xué)習(xí)理論。同時(shí),還探討了知識(shí)共享的含義、特點(diǎn)、類型、模式等方面的理論知識(shí)。 第3章:非正式學(xué)習(xí)共同體知識(shí)共享過(guò)程的研究。在合理界定非正式學(xué)習(xí)共同體知識(shí)共享概念的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了非正式學(xué)習(xí)共同體知識(shí)共享的類型、特點(diǎn)和要素;將非正式學(xué)習(xí)共同體知識(shí)共享模型劃分為三種類型:個(gè)體——個(gè)體模式、個(gè)體——共同體模式、共同體——個(gè)體模式;非正式學(xué)習(xí)共同體知識(shí)共享過(guò)程分為四個(gè)階段:知識(shí)尋找、知識(shí)提供、知識(shí)傳遞、知識(shí)吸收;探討了在知識(shí)共享過(guò)程中面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),最后從主體、客體、情境和手段等四個(gè)方面分析了非正式學(xué)習(xí)共同體知識(shí)共享的影響因素。 第4章:非正式學(xué)習(xí)共同體知識(shí)共享機(jī)制設(shè)計(jì)。非正式學(xué)習(xí)共同體知識(shí)共享機(jī)制是實(shí)現(xiàn)非正式學(xué)習(xí)共同體成員知識(shí)共享的內(nèi)在方式和途徑。非正式學(xué)習(xí)共同體知識(shí)共享機(jī)制的設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)遵循以學(xué)習(xí)者為中心、以發(fā)展為目標(biāo)、以資源為基礎(chǔ)、以開(kāi)放為導(dǎo)向、以平等為保證等原則。非正式學(xué)習(xí)共同體知識(shí)共享機(jī)制可分為五個(gè)子機(jī)制,包括技術(shù)機(jī)制、信任機(jī)制、激勵(lì)機(jī)制、組織機(jī)制和文化機(jī)制,并對(duì)五個(gè)子機(jī)制的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了具體的設(shè)計(jì)。 第5章:非正式學(xué)習(xí)共同體知識(shí)共享機(jī)制的實(shí)現(xiàn)策略。在明確非正式學(xué)習(xí)共同體知識(shí)共享機(jī)制的實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)和實(shí)現(xiàn)原則的基礎(chǔ)上,詳細(xì)研究了非正式學(xué)習(xí)共同體知識(shí)共享的五個(gè)子機(jī)制的實(shí)現(xiàn)策略。實(shí)現(xiàn)非正式學(xué)習(xí)共同體知識(shí)共享技術(shù)機(jī)制的措施包括建設(shè)人本化知識(shí)共享平臺(tái)、綜合應(yīng)用知識(shí)共享技術(shù)和提升參與者信息素養(yǎng);實(shí)現(xiàn)非正式學(xué)習(xí)共同體知識(shí)共享信任機(jī)制的措施包括合理評(píng)估選擇成員、建立約束規(guī)范機(jī)制、完善通暢溝通渠道、建立成員信譽(yù)機(jī)制、完善知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)策略、建立利益分配機(jī)制;實(shí)現(xiàn)非正式學(xué)習(xí)共同體知識(shí)共享激勵(lì)機(jī)制的措施包括強(qiáng)化內(nèi)在激勵(lì)機(jī)制、完善外在激勵(lì)機(jī)制、輔以負(fù)激勵(lì)手段;實(shí)現(xiàn)非正式學(xué)習(xí)共同體知識(shí)共享組織機(jī)制的措施包括優(yōu)化學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境、建立學(xué)習(xí)小組、完善學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)制、豐富知識(shí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、協(xié)調(diào)成員關(guān)系;實(shí)現(xiàn)非正式學(xué)習(xí)共同體知識(shí)共享文化機(jī)制的措施包括培育價(jià)值體系、塑造共同愿景、增強(qiáng)合作意愿、營(yíng)造歸屬感和健全制度文化。
[Abstract]:The 21st century is the era of knowledge economy , many people regard learning as the lifelong pursuit of improving the quality of life and realizing the personal value . The lifelong learning has become a part of lifelong learning . The development of the informal learning community is very important . The success of the informal learning community promotes the birth of the informal learning community . However , the non - formal learning community that can realize the sharing of knowledge and experience and truly plays an indispensable role in the learner is not much . It has important theoretical significance and practical value for the study of the knowledge sharing mechanism of the informal learning community .

In this paper , we study the basic idea of " theory research _ process research _ mechanism design _ mechanism realization " . In addition to Chapter 1 " Introduction " and Chapter 6 " Summary and Outlook " , the main body of this paper is divided into four chapters .

Chapter 2 : On the basis of knowledge sharing in the informal learning community , this paper analyzes the meaning , elements , characteristics and causes of the informal learning community , and introduces the theoretical foundation of the informal learning community , including social constructionism , situational awareness theory , group dynamics theory , communication behavior theory and cooperative learning theory . At the same time , the theory knowledge of the meaning , characteristics , types and patterns of knowledge sharing is also discussed .

Chapter 3 : The study of the process of knowledge sharing in the informal learning community . On the basis of reasonably defining the concept of knowledge sharing in the informal learning community , the paper analyzes the types , characteristics and elements of knowledge sharing in the informal learning community ;
The informal learning community knowledge sharing model is divided into three types : individual _ individual mode , individual _ community mode , community _ individual mode ;
The process of knowledge sharing in informal learning community is divided into four stages : knowledge search , knowledge delivery , knowledge transfer and knowledge absorption ;
This paper discusses the risk faced during the process of knowledge sharing , and analyzes the influence factors of knowledge sharing in informal learning community from four aspects : subject , object , situation and means .

Chapter 4 : The informal learning community knowledge sharing mechanism is designed . The informal learning community knowledge sharing mechanism is the inner way and way to realize the knowledge sharing of the members of the informal learning community . The design of the informal learning community knowledge sharing mechanism should follow the principles of learner - centered , development - oriented , resource - based , open - oriented and equal . The informal learning community knowledge sharing mechanism can be divided into five sub - mechanisms , including technical mechanism , trust mechanism , incentive mechanism , organizational mechanism and cultural mechanism , and the contents of the five sub - mechanisms are designed .

Chapter 5 : The implementation strategy of the knowledge sharing mechanism of the informal learning community . On the basis of the realization goal and the realization principle of the knowledge sharing mechanism of the informal learning community , the implementation strategies of the five sub - mechanisms of the informal learning community knowledge sharing are discussed in detail . The measures to realize the knowledge sharing technology mechanism of the informal learning community include the construction of the knowledge sharing platform , the comprehensive application of knowledge sharing technology and the promotion of the information literacy of the participants ;
The measures to realize the informal learning community ' s knowledge sharing trust mechanism include reasonable assessment of selection members , establishment of constraint specification mechanism , perfect communication channel , establishment of member reputation mechanism , perfect intellectual property rights strategy and establishment of profit distribution mechanism ;
The measures to realize the incentive mechanism of knowledge sharing in the informal learning community include strengthening the internal incentive mechanism , perfecting the external incentive mechanism and supplemented with negative incentives ;
The measures to realize the informal learning community knowledge sharing organization mechanism include optimizing the learning environment , establishing the learning group , perfecting the learning mechanism , enriching the knowledge network and coordinating the membership ;
Measures to achieve the knowledge - sharing cultural mechanism of the informal learning community include the cultivation of the value system , shaping the common vision , enhancing the will of cooperation , creating a sense of belonging and strengthening the culture of the system .
