【摘要】:教師的業(yè)務(wù)能力在教學(xué)手段、教學(xué)方式、教學(xué)觀念的變革中起到了主導(dǎo)作用,在信息技術(shù)飛速發(fā)展的今天,教師的教學(xué)設(shè)計能力遇到了前所未有的挑戰(zhàn)。如何借助教師教學(xué)設(shè)計能力的培訓(xùn)來提高教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展,是現(xiàn)在我國教育界關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)之一。現(xiàn)代網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的發(fā)展打破了教學(xué)地點(diǎn)、時間、空間方面的限制,利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺對教師進(jìn)行培訓(xùn),漸漸取代了傳統(tǒng)教師培訓(xùn)方式。網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺實(shí)現(xiàn)了強(qiáng)大信息資源的共享,為培訓(xùn)教師與參訓(xùn)教師、參訓(xùn)教師間的交流溝通、協(xié)作互動提供了一個良好的環(huán)境。針對區(qū)域特點(diǎn)開展中小學(xué)教師教學(xué)設(shè)計能力培訓(xùn)平臺的開發(fā)與運(yùn)用,對提升教師自身專業(yè)素質(zhì)具有非常重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本研究由理論和實(shí)踐兩個方面展開,具體研究內(nèi)容如下: 首先,采用文獻(xiàn)調(diào)查法,從教師培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容、培訓(xùn)實(shí)施形式方面對國內(nèi)外的教師培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析研究,釋出了我國教師培訓(xùn)存在的問題,提出適合于我國國情的網(wǎng)絡(luò)培訓(xùn)教師主體化的觀念,并了解國內(nèi)外中小學(xué)教師教學(xué)設(shè)計能力的研究現(xiàn)狀。 其次,通過調(diào)研,從教學(xué)過程的角度確定中小學(xué)教師教學(xué)設(shè)計能力的內(nèi)涵,并從課堂教學(xué)過程的角度提出教師教學(xué)設(shè)計能力的核心能力群,是由教學(xué)目標(biāo)的剖析能力、學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)特征的把握能力、設(shè)計管理課堂的能力、教學(xué)內(nèi)容的概括伸展能力、對學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)效果的評價能力、各種教學(xué)方法的選擇與應(yīng)用能力;并由其設(shè)計調(diào)查問卷,對教師教學(xué)設(shè)計能力現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)研分析,找出存在問題,提出基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺的培訓(xùn)對策,析出開發(fā)網(wǎng)絡(luò)培訓(xùn)平臺的必要性。 再次,用案例研究法與內(nèi)容研究法相結(jié)合的方法,在網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺的構(gòu)建中引入了建構(gòu)主義理論和分布式認(rèn)知的的思想理論,結(jié)合問卷調(diào)查研究結(jié)果,架構(gòu)網(wǎng)絡(luò)培訓(xùn)平臺的總體結(jié)構(gòu),從理論與實(shí)踐的角度對平臺的功能進(jìn)行分析,確定平臺的功能模塊,完成培訓(xùn)平臺的總體設(shè)計。最后,對系統(tǒng)體系結(jié)構(gòu)、數(shù)據(jù)庫、平臺開發(fā)技術(shù)的逐一甄選和運(yùn)用,開發(fā)出網(wǎng)絡(luò)培訓(xùn)平臺。 本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于設(shè)計并實(shí)現(xiàn)了針對提高中小學(xué)教師教學(xué)設(shè)計能力的培訓(xùn)平臺,此平臺在提供給教師教學(xué)設(shè)計系統(tǒng)知識和教學(xué)設(shè)計技能課程的基礎(chǔ)上,本著建構(gòu)主義學(xué)習(xí)理論的指導(dǎo)思想,還為教師學(xué)習(xí)提供交流與協(xié)作的學(xué)習(xí)支持服務(wù);多種類型的學(xué)習(xí)信息資源的建設(shè)更是為教師的學(xué)習(xí)提供了一個更加廣闊的平臺,提高教學(xué)設(shè)計能力的同時,,開闊了教師的眼界。 本研究從最初的文獻(xiàn)調(diào)研到最后開發(fā)出了適用于提高中小學(xué)教師教學(xué)設(shè)計能力水平的網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺,無不體現(xiàn)著以教師為主體的培訓(xùn)理念;平臺從功能要素的設(shè)計、理論基礎(chǔ)的考量、各個模塊的實(shí)現(xiàn)流程都無不體現(xiàn)著以教師教學(xué)設(shè)計的能力提高為根本目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Teachers' professional ability plays a leading role in the reform of teaching means, teaching methods and teaching concepts. Today, with the rapid development of information technology, teachers' teaching design ability has met with unprecedented challenges. How to improve the professional development of teachers with the help of the training of teachers' teaching design ability is one of the hot spots in the educational circles of our country. With the development of modern network technology, the limitation of teaching place, time and space has been broken, and the traditional teacher training method has been replaced by using network platform to train teachers. The network platform realizes the sharing of powerful information resources and provides a good environment for the communication and cooperation between the training teachers and the training teachers. The development and application of the training platform for the teaching design ability of primary and secondary school teachers according to the regional characteristics is of great practical significance to the improvement of teachers' professional quality. This research is carried out from two aspects of theory and practice. The specific research contents are as follows: firstly, the present situation of teacher training at home and abroad is analyzed and studied from the aspects of teacher training content and training implementation form by using the method of literature investigation. This paper explains the problems existing in teacher training in our country, puts forward the concept of the mainstay of network training teachers suitable for our country's national conditions, and understands the present situation of the research on the teaching design ability of primary and secondary school teachers at home and abroad. Secondly, through investigation, the connotation of teaching design ability of primary and middle school teachers is determined from the angle of teaching process, and the core competence group of teachers' teaching design ability is put forward from the angle of classroom teaching process, which is the analysis ability of teaching goal. Students' ability to grasp learning characteristics, to design and manage the classroom, to generalize and extend the teaching contents, to evaluate the students' learning effects, to select and apply various teaching methods, and to design a questionnaire. This paper investigates and analyzes the present situation of teachers' teaching design ability, finds out the existing problems, puts forward the training countermeasures based on the network platform, and points out the necessity of developing the network training platform. Thirdly, using the method of case study and content research, we introduce constructivism theory and distributed cognitive theory into the construction of network platform, and combine the results of questionnaire survey. Structure the overall structure of the network training platform, analyze the function of the platform from the perspective of theory and practice, determine the functional module of the platform, and complete the overall design of the training platform. Finally, the network training platform is developed by selecting and applying the system architecture, database and platform development technology one by one. The innovation of this paper lies in the design and implementation of a training platform for improving the teaching design ability of primary and secondary school teachers. The platform provides teachers with the knowledge of teaching design system and the curriculum of teaching design skills. In line with the guiding ideology of constructivism learning theory, it also provides teachers with learning support services of communication and cooperation. The construction of various types of learning information resources provides a broader platform for teachers' learning. Improve the ability of teaching design, at the same time, broaden the horizon of teachers. From the initial literature research to the final development of the network platform suitable for improving the teaching design ability of primary and secondary school teachers, it reflects the training concept of teachers as the main body, the design of the platform from the functional elements, Considering the theoretical basis, the realization flow of each module embodies the basic goal of improving the ability of teacher's teaching design.
