信息技術(shù)環(huán)境下的高中教師個人知識管理研究

【摘要】:近些年,隨著信息技術(shù)與網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,尤其是現(xiàn)在人們對計(jì)算機(jī)及網(wǎng)絡(luò)的大規(guī)模使用,人們面臨的不再是知識匱乏的時代,而是一個知識爆炸的時代。在這個信息紛繁復(fù)雜、知識更新迅速的時代,如何準(zhǔn)確、快速的找到自己所需的信息,將其轉(zhuǎn)化為所需的知識,并能很好的儲存、分享、應(yīng)用及創(chuàng)新,對于每一個知識需求者都是非常重要的,因此很需要進(jìn)行知識管理。 隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展、現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程的加快以及人民生活水平的提高,人們對教育的要求也越來越高,都希望自己的孩子能接受更好的的教育。學(xué)校之間的競爭愈演愈烈。而教師作為知識傳授的載體,面對新的挑戰(zhàn),教師必須促進(jìn)其專業(yè)知識的發(fā)展,提升個人的專業(yè)素養(yǎng),應(yīng)對學(xué)校之間的競爭力。所以研究信息時代教師知識管理具有非常重要的意義。 21世紀(jì)信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展已經(jīng)改變了人們的生活方式、學(xué)習(xí)方式、工作方式以及娛樂方式。通過知識管理,可以促進(jìn)教師顯性知識與隱形知識的相互轉(zhuǎn)化,提高教師的專業(yè)知識和專業(yè)技能、增強(qiáng)教師個人素質(zhì),促進(jìn)教師專業(yè)化成長,進(jìn)而提升學(xué)校的競爭力。首先,研究教師的個人知識管理能促使教師產(chǎn)生知識建構(gòu)的意識,從而讓教師產(chǎn)生在信息化環(huán)境下的教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的意識;其次,在當(dāng)前的這種信息化教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的背景下,提高學(xué)校教師的知識管理能力可以促進(jìn)學(xué)校的發(fā)展和教育的進(jìn)步。 面對現(xiàn)在依然以高考為指揮棒的教育現(xiàn)狀,對于每個中國孩子來講,高考還是人生比較重要的事情,所以高中教師的重要性就不言而喻了。隨著高中新一輪課程改革的推進(jìn),高中教師的教學(xué)地位受到追問,高中教師的教學(xué)要求也更高,高中教師只有自身的知識力夠強(qiáng),才能更好的教學(xué)生,因此高中教師的個人知識管理就變得非常必要。本研究從這一時代背景出發(fā),通過對國內(nèi)外相關(guān)的研究論文、報告、書籍、案例及網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行搜集與分析,,進(jìn)行梳理,理清國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,在文獻(xiàn)資料呈現(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上對信息技術(shù)環(huán)境下的教師個人知識管理的各個方面有一個深入全面的認(rèn)識,探討了知識管理的相關(guān)理論,通過設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)查問卷,對高中教師進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,然后對問卷調(diào)查的結(jié)果用SPSS軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析,掌握并了解運(yùn)用信息技術(shù)手段教師進(jìn)行個人知識管理的現(xiàn)狀并發(fā)現(xiàn)其中存在的問題,理清高中教師知識管理的現(xiàn)狀,分析產(chǎn)生這一現(xiàn)狀的原因,在此基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)知識管理的相關(guān)理念,借鑒國內(nèi)外許多學(xué)者對教師個人知識管理的有關(guān)研究成果,從不同層面提出了提升高中教師知識管理的途徑和對策,充分利用信息技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)手段,確保高中教師知識的獲取、存儲、分享、應(yīng)用和創(chuàng)新五個環(huán)節(jié)能很好的完成。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of information technology and network technology, especially the large-scale use of computer and network, people are facing the era of knowledge shortage, but the era of knowledge explosion. In this age of complex information and rapid updating of knowledge, how to accurately and quickly find the information you need, translate it into the knowledge you need, and store, share, apply and innovate well, Knowledge management is very important to every person who needs knowledge. With the rapid development of our economy, the acceleration of modernization and the improvement of people's living standard, people have higher and higher demands on education. They all hope that their children can receive a better education. Competition between schools is intensifying. Teachers, as carriers of knowledge imparting, must promote the development of their professional knowledge, improve their professional qualities and cope with the competition among schools in the face of new challenges. In the 21st century, the development of information technology has changed people's way of life, study, work and entertainment. Through knowledge management, teachers' explicit knowledge and hidden knowledge can be transformed into each other, teachers' professional knowledge and professional skills can be improved, teachers' personal qualities can be enhanced, teachers' professional growth can be promoted, and the competitiveness of schools can be enhanced. First of all, the study of teachers' personal knowledge management can promote teachers' awareness of knowledge construction, thus teachers' awareness of teachers' professional development under the information environment; secondly, under the background of the current information teachers' professional development, Improving the knowledge management ability of school teachers can promote the development of school and the progress of education. In the face of the fact that the college entrance examination is still the baton of education, for every Chinese child, the college entrance examination is still a more important thing in life, so the importance of high school teachers is self-evident. With the promotion of the new curriculum reform in senior high school, the teaching status of high school teachers is being questioned, and the teaching requirements of high school teachers are higher. High school teachers can teach students better only if their own knowledge is strong enough. Therefore, the personal knowledge management of high school teachers becomes very necessary. This research proceeds from this time background, through the collection and analysis of related research papers, reports, books, cases and network data at home and abroad, sorting out the current research situation at home and abroad. On the basis of the presentation of literature, there is a deep and comprehensive understanding of all aspects of teachers' personal knowledge management under the information technology environment, and the relevant theories of knowledge management are discussed, and the questionnaire is designed. A questionnaire survey was conducted to the senior high school teachers, and then the results of the questionnaire were analyzed with SPSS software to grasp and understand the current situation of teachers' personal knowledge management by means of information technology and to find out the existing problems. This paper clarifies the present situation of high school teachers' knowledge management, analyzes the reasons for the present situation, and on this basis, according to the relevant concepts of knowledge management, draws lessons from many scholars at home and abroad on the teachers' personal knowledge management research results. This paper puts forward the ways and countermeasures to improve the knowledge management of senior high school teachers from different aspects, and makes full use of information technology and network means to ensure that the five links of knowledge acquisition, storage, sharing, application and innovation of senior high school teachers can be completed very well.
