【摘要】：本論文研究了當(dāng)代大學(xué)生浮躁心理的疏導(dǎo)問(wèn)題。浮躁心理是當(dāng)代大學(xué)生身上所表現(xiàn)出來(lái)的一種病態(tài)心理。這種病態(tài)心理在行為上的表現(xiàn)是沖動(dòng)、盲目、偏執(zhí)、情緒化。這種病態(tài)心理嚴(yán)重影響著大學(xué)生的正常生活和學(xué)習(xí)。同時(shí),大學(xué)生的這種浮躁心理也會(huì)反作用于社會(huì),給高校的管理與發(fā)展和社會(huì)的和諧進(jìn)步都造成一定的阻礙作用。而大學(xué)生浮躁心理的產(chǎn)生與社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展、社會(huì)環(huán)境的影響、校園文化建設(shè)和校園生活環(huán)境是密不可分的。改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),在以市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)為前提的社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期,當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的生活環(huán)境也發(fā)生了變化。由過(guò)去單一的計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)體制環(huán)境,轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楝F(xiàn)在的多元化環(huán)境。生長(zhǎng)在這種環(huán)境下的大學(xué)生受其社會(huì)浮躁現(xiàn)狀的影響,無(wú)論是在道德觀念上,還是在人生觀和價(jià)值觀等方面都發(fā)生了扭曲。這些變化使當(dāng)代大學(xué)生無(wú)法真正成為信息時(shí)代所需要的人才。鑒于以上原因,高校應(yīng)及時(shí)采取相應(yīng)對(duì)策,疏導(dǎo)大學(xué)生的浮躁心理,使其成為身心健康,品行高尚的高端人才。本論文依據(jù)馬克思主義關(guān)于人的全面發(fā)展理論和一些國(guó)際學(xué)者關(guān)于人的心理健康的論述以及中共中央關(guān)于加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生思想政治教育的論述,首先對(duì)大學(xué)生浮躁心理的表現(xiàn)和成因進(jìn)行分析,其次指出浮躁心理對(duì)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生自身、以及給社會(huì)所造成的危害。最后,本文從“優(yōu)化社會(huì)環(huán)境”、“加強(qiáng)對(duì)大學(xué)生的思想政治教育”、“個(gè)體心理的自我調(diào)整”三個(gè)方面來(lái)探討大學(xué)生浮躁心理的疏導(dǎo)對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the problem of fretting psychology of contemporary college students. Impetuous psychology is a kind of morbid psychology of contemporary college students. The behavior of this pathological psychology is impulsive, blind, paranoid, emotional. This kind of morbid psychology seriously affects the normal life and study of college students. At the same time, the impetuous psychology of college students will counteract the society, which will hinder the management and development of colleges and universities and the harmonious progress of society. The emergence of students' impetuous psychology is closely related to the development of social economy, the influence of social environment, the construction of campus culture and the campus living environment. Since reform and opening up, the living environment of contemporary college students has also changed in the period of social transformation based on market economy. From the former single planned economy system environment, changed to the present multiplex environment. The college students growing up in this environment are influenced by their social impetuosity, not only in their moral concepts, but also in their outlook on life and values. These changes make contemporary college students unable to really become the talents needed in the information age. In view of the above reasons, colleges and universities should take corresponding countermeasures in time to dispel the impetuous psychology of college students so that they can become high-end talents with good physical and mental health and noble conduct. This thesis is based on the Marxist theory on the all-round development of human beings, the expositions of some international scholars on the psychological health of human beings and the discussion of the CPC Central Committee on strengthening the ideological and political education of college students. Firstly, it analyzes the manifestation and causes of college students' impetuous psychology, and then points out the harm caused by impetuous psychology to the contemporary college students themselves and to the society. Finally, this paper probes into the countermeasures of college students' impetuous psychology from the aspects of "optimizing the social environment", "strengthening the ideological and political education of college students" and "the self-adjustment of individual psychology".
