【摘要】：本文以高校數(shù)字校園的建設(shè)與未來(lái)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)為主題,探討了信息技術(shù)對(duì)高等教育改革與發(fā)展的深刻影響。在論文中,作者提出了以"數(shù)字校園6E理論"來(lái)重新認(rèn)識(shí)和理解高等教育信息化的觀(guān)點(diǎn)。以此為基礎(chǔ),論文提出"數(shù)字校園民主"(E-campus democracy)的概念和內(nèi)涵,即基于CMC的管理民主、基于CMS的教學(xué)民主和基于ELS的校園生活民主。論文也多方探討了在高校數(shù)字校園建設(shè)中推動(dòng)數(shù)字校園民主的方法和策略。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the profound influence of information technology on the reform and development of higher education based on the construction and future development trend of digital campus in colleges and universities. In this paper, the author puts forward the viewpoint of "6e theory of digital campus" to reunderstand and understand the informationization of higher education. On the basis of this, the paper puts forward the concept and connotation of "Digital Campus Democracy" (E-campus democracy), that is, management democracy based on CMC, teaching democracy based on CMS and campus life democracy based on ELS. The paper also discusses the methods and strategies of promoting digital campus democracy in the construction of digital campus in colleges and universities.
