【摘要】："參與度"是指教師在整個(gè)培訓(xùn)過(guò)程中所體現(xiàn)的投入程度。研究聚焦兩個(gè)問(wèn)題:參與度的具體內(nèi)涵及表現(xiàn);如何考察教師的參與度。通過(guò)為期一年的跟蹤觀察、問(wèn)卷調(diào)研和專(zhuān)家訪(fǎng)談,從橫向和縱向兩個(gè)角度進(jìn)一步理解教師的參與度,同時(shí)通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)觀察及學(xué)習(xí)者自我陳述等方式對(duì)參與度進(jìn)行考察。
[Abstract]:Participation refers to the degree of participation of teachers in the whole process of training. The research focuses on two issues: the specific connotation and performance of participation, and how to investigate the participation of teachers. Through a one-year follow-up survey, questionnaire survey and expert interviews, teachers' participation was further understood from both horizontal and vertical perspectives. Meanwhile, the participation degree was investigated through on-site observation and learners' self-statement.
