【摘要】：校本研訓(xùn)它是以改進學(xué)校教學(xué)實踐、解決學(xué)校面臨的實際問題為指向,從學(xué)校實際出發(fā),開發(fā)學(xué)校資源、解決問題的教研模式。新課程實施的主陣地在課堂,聚焦課堂是新課程下校本研訓(xùn)的主要任務(wù)。本文以校本研訓(xùn)模式——課例研究為例來展開討論。
[Abstract]:School-based research and training is aimed at improving the teaching practice and solving the practical problems faced by the school. It is based on the reality of the school to develop the resources of the school and solve the problems in the teaching and research mode. The main position of the implementation of the new curriculum is in the classroom, focusing on the classroom is the main task of school-based research and training under the new curriculum. This paper takes the case study of school-based research as an example to discuss.
