【摘要】：長期以來,我國的教師專業(yè)發(fā)展范式具有標準取向、城市取向和非區(qū)域視野的特點,這一范式忽視了城鄉(xiāng)教師的地區(qū)差異,忽視了農村教師發(fā)展所需的地方性資源,使得農村教師專業(yè)發(fā)展空間變得狹窄,失去專業(yè)發(fā)展的話語權。地方性知識視角能明確農村教師專業(yè)發(fā)展與其生存場域的關系,開放專業(yè)發(fā)展路徑并肯定教師在專業(yè)發(fā)展中的主體性。因此,農村教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展應基于鄉(xiāng)土文化,重構其專業(yè)發(fā)展的文化場;深挖鄉(xiāng)土文化內涵,加強農村教師的文化發(fā)展;開展適合于農村學校的校本教研。
[Abstract]:For a long time, the paradigm of teachers' professional development in our country has the characteristics of standard orientation, urban orientation and non regional vision. This paradigm ignores the regional differences between urban and rural teachers, neglects the local resources needed for the development of rural teachers, makes the space of the professional development of rural teachers become narrow, and loses the discourse right of professional development. Local knowledge has been lost. The knowledge perspective can clarify the relationship between the professional development of rural teachers and their survival fields, open the path of professional development and affirm the subjectivity of teachers in the professional development. Therefore, the professional development of rural teachers should be based on local culture, restructure the cultural field of their professional development, dig the connotation of local culture, strengthen the cultural development of rural teachers, and carry out the proper development of the rural teachers. School based teaching and research in rural schools.
