【摘要】：本文以反思和實(shí)踐為價(jià)值取向,以"國(guó)培計(jì)劃"中骨干教師置換脫產(chǎn)培訓(xùn)為個(gè)案,從教學(xué)實(shí)踐、示范引領(lǐng)和教育研究三個(gè)維度構(gòu)建了"實(shí)踐研修"課程系統(tǒng),并從操作層面上形成了"實(shí)踐研修"課程的實(shí)施策略。該成果不僅對(duì)"國(guó)培計(jì)劃"置換脫產(chǎn)培訓(xùn)具有借鑒的價(jià)值,還對(duì)中小學(xué)教師培訓(xùn)如何達(dá)到學(xué)以致用有普遍意義。
[Abstract]:This paper takes reflection and practice as the value orientation, takes the key teachers' replacement and off-duty training as a case in the "National training Plan", and constructs the "practice study" curriculum system from the three dimensions of teaching practice, demonstration guidance and educational research. And from the operational level formed the practice of the course of the implementation strategy. This achievement not only has the reference value to the "National Education Plan" replacement off-production training, but also has the universal significance to the primary and middle school teacher training how to achieve the use of learning.
