【摘要】：本文以反思和實踐為價值取向,以"國培計劃"中骨干教師置換脫產(chǎn)培訓為個案,從教學實踐、示范引領和教育研究三個維度構(gòu)建了"實踐研修"課程系統(tǒng),并從操作層面上形成了"實踐研修"課程的實施策略。該成果不僅對"國培計劃"置換脫產(chǎn)培訓具有借鑒的價值,還對中小學教師培訓如何達到學以致用有普遍意義。
[Abstract]:This paper takes reflection and practice as the value orientation, takes the key teachers' replacement and off-duty training as a case in the "National training Plan", and constructs the "practice study" curriculum system from the three dimensions of teaching practice, demonstration guidance and educational research. And from the operational level formed the practice of the course of the implementation strategy. This achievement not only has the reference value to the "National Education Plan" replacement off-production training, but also has the universal significance to the primary and middle school teacher training how to achieve the use of learning.
